Cons (-) Room wasn't replenished properly before I arrived. Tissue and additional toiletries. No floor towel for the shower.
Pros (+) I left at 4 in the am and the bellman was VERY helpful. He came to collect my bags immediately and took an interest in my flight information and how I was getting to the airport.
Cons (-) When I arrived at the hotel, there was a line for check-in. This is nit picking but it's the only negative thing I could think of about my experience with the hotel. My check-in went smoothly and all staff members were courteous and helpful.

Pros (+) Nice rooms furnished well. Good restaurant. Location was ideal for those who wish to shop at nearby city place.
Cons (-) Parking is a big issue. Construction makes getting into hotel difficult no parking lot all in garage attached in hotel. Valet was 25 dollars. A little steep to move it 100 yards.
Pros (+) Nice and new hotel. Location can't be beat as you are right in the middle of west palm. Staff is really friendly. Overall I am usually a tough customer when it comes to reviews but I have nothing bad to say. 4.7 out of 5 stars!
