The Summit Lodge Hotel features a hot tub and pool area, sauna, on site restaurant, and a spa. Van service to mountain and Marc the driver were excellent. Available and prompt. Hot tub and sauna were not functioning. Elevators need a tune up. They creaked and were slow.

Pros (+) This place is family and dog friendly. You can't even tell that people have dogs in the hotel until you actually see them. They keep the place really clean. All the staff members are extremely nice and courteous.

Pros (+) Excellent room housekeeping and well stocked kitchette- Great coffee machine in the lobby . Free bikes for an hour and the fellow who gave them to you provided some great tips for cycling trails - staff need to let guests know about special events we happen to come across a wine and cheese evening no where is there any notification about this . Was a really nice event along with the candy bar that...

Pros (+) The room was great, it had everything might need. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all fantastic. We loved the complimentary coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Everything as very clean. Wifi worked very well. We absolutely loved the bar next door.
Cons (-) Parking too expensive The front desk staff was very good but not very friendly.

Pros (+) I absolutely adore this hotel! The hotel aesthetic is impeccable! the room was spotless and cozy. The entire staff was so friendly and so kind. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel! If you want a quiet place in the village away from the hustle and bustle this is the perfect place to be.
Cons (-) There honestly isn’t any negatives about this hotel. The only thing I would say is that the hotel was 10 minutes away from the gondolas. But they do have a complementary hotel shuttle that will take you to and from the gondola.

Pros (+) They don't think it is below them to wash the dishes. They vacuum the floor. They air out the room. They live a rubber duckie after making the bed almost as fast as you get out of it, yet I rarely ever laid eyes on them. They must be Santa's elves. Superb!!
