Lovely bed and breakfast beautiful place beautiful room fantastic breakfast.
Pros: Loved this place, was charming the whirlpool bath was fantastic. The breakfast was the best ive ever had, the fresh made muffins the crepes and my favorite tuscan eggs.
Rivertown Inn is a great choice for a stay in Stillwater. Freebies like breakfast, WiFi, and self parking are added perks, and guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails, kayaking, and cross-country skiing. Rooms at this upscale bed & breakfast get the details right with fireplaces, jetted tubs, and bathrobes.
Pros: Beautiful room with a wonderful view. The bed was very comfortable and amenities well stocked. Loved the jacuzzi bath tub with television built into the wall for entertainment! We will be back when staying overnight downtown Minneapolis.
Cons: Business center was expensive and slow. Only 1 of 2 computers actually worked.
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and the atmosphere was great.
Pros: Loews Minneapolis Hotel completely blew me away during my stay this past week. The skyscape view was incredible, and the hotel is perfectly positioned around a ton of awesome shops, restaurants, and venues for those who get time to explore. The front desk and Star Service staff were unbelievable. I've been to hundreds of hotels in my professional lifetime, and Loews ranks among the very best hotel experiences I've ever had. Even the valet was amazing--that's hard to find.
Cons: The morning breakfast buffet was overpriced for what was offered. I'd suggest discounting the $20 buffet price for those staying in the hotel (perhaps if they're willing to charge to the room for verification).
Pros: love the location in downtown Minneapolis, and the bars and restaurants near the hotel are great. Location right off of first avenue.
Cons: I think the area right next to the lobby leading up to the skyway was under construction, kinda unattractive but no big deal. I will stay here again.
Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure (or even both), Loews Minneapolis Hotel is your home base in the Twin Cities.
Pros: The special touch of a card meant a lot. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.
Cons: Pool hours could be about 30 minutes later to accommodate travel arrivals.
Pros: Individually welcome by Front Desk staff, Manager on Duty and Maintenance personnel. A+
Cons: T.V. In bathroom nice idea. OLD CRT tube t.v. In bathroom not connected to cable, not nice.
Pros: The staff at the Grand were so nice, polite, and helpful. Room service was lovely and fast. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated, and the beds are fabulously comfortable.
Pros: Comfy bed. Extremely quiet rooms and great soundproofing. Wonderful facilities.
Pros: Polite, friendly staff.
The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and tastefully decorated with a deft combination of nostalgic old world grandeur and modern touches.
The hotel is connected directly to the Minneapolis downtown skyway system. Public garage parking is available right across street (for a fee). Valet parking is, of course, available as well.
Cons: Room was not available at the designated 3pm check-in time. We were on a tight schedule and needed to check in at 3pm to get ready for an event. We had to decide between trying to book another room at a different hotel or accept a different room here. We chose the later.
The room we originally booked had an exterior view but the new room had an interior view of the "Atrium." Calling the dank, unlit, barren cement hole in the middle of the hotel an atrium is putting on airs, to say the least. We chose to keep the curtains closed rather than stare across the desolate blight into another guest's room a scant 15' away (and, presumably, they into ours).
The bathroom sink was clogged. The timer for the mirror defogger was broken. The HBO cut in and out and was unwatchable (not a big thing for us, we didn't come to watch TV... but still).
There are no coffee makers in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby but when I went down to get some at 0830 there was no creamer left. I would have informed the desk but they were overwhelmed with guests checking out.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but between not getting the room we booked, the minor annoyances with the maintenance of the room, and the lack of coffee -- a basic staple of any luxury or boutique hotel -- we don't think we would stay there again, especially when there are so many other comparable choices nearby.
Pros: The front desk was really great. And I liked the list of things availablr if needed. We took advantage of the Keurig. I liked the style of the hitel, pretty chic. Also, the location was awesome. I also loved that I could control the heat in the room myself.
Cons: I didn't like that there was no hot tub in the pool area. When I'm paying that much for a hotel room, I expect a hot tub. The blankets weren't very warm or comfortable. I expected a cozy, luxurious room and got a nice but kind of a cold lonely feeling room.
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: $35 for parking
Pros: Very comfortable bed.
Cons: The lighting in the bathroom.
Pros: A bike in the lobby you can borrow
Pros: Everything. Amazing staff. Fabulous and luxurious room. Can't wait to visit again
Pros: Nice appearance. Classy looking ,

Pros: The St Paul is a wonderful hotel experience. Every detail has been attended to. You won't find a friendlier staff any where and they are very willing to help you out. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Cons: I found nothing to complain about.
Pros: Central location for the events and activities we attended.
Pros: Everything in the hotel is beautiful and tasteful. Our room was great, bed was comfortable, loved the robes.
Cons: One of the elevators was out of order, we mostly used the service elevators to get up and down. We were not particularly impressed with the staff. They were adequate, not really cordial. Pokemon players outside at night were creepy.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Top-notch accommodations. Excellent location in the heart of St. Paul.
Pros: Great location when attending an event at the Excel Center.
Pros: Beautifully maintained historic hotel in quiet downtown St Paul. Very clean and quiet rooms
Cons: Need a regular fridge and expensive snacks.

Pros: They had a wonderful breakfast room and good selections. The staff kept it well supplied.
Pros: The staff was very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast but sadly didn't have time to use the pool.
Cons: The room layout was eye catching but when I had to get up several hours ahead of my husband it was inconvenient. Except for the mirror in the entry way the room was clean & comfortable.
Pros: Nice room, comfortable bed. It was busy, several hockey teams staying, but quiet. Great breakfast selection.
Pros: The staff was great and the room was very clean.
Pros: Location for our specific needs.
Cons: Check-in time for the hotel was 3 PM. We arrived after 3 PM and the room was not ready. I asked if they could assign us another room and they offered a room on the smoking floor, we are non-smokers so that was not acceptable. We had to leave and return.
Pros: Very clean with an excellent staff!
Pros: Very nice hotel. Great pool and hot tub. Loved the waffle bar at breakfast. Hotel was a little out of the way. That was my only complaint.
Pros: Nice staff, quiet
Cons: 11:00 am checkout stinks
Pros: Best Complimentary Breakfast in 30 years hotel business travel
Hamptons are good value for the money. State fair made that week pricier.
Pros: good beds
Cons: tight parking spaces

Cons: The washing of the cutlery needed a bit (lot) more attention

Cons: Room starting to look worn. Bedside lamp needed new bulb. In room coffee maker full of scale deposits and would not heat properly. Maids cart parked in our hallway overnight in front of open service room door. Many carpet stains.
Pros: We went there for a bachelorette party - The front desk was able to get us in for early check in so we could decorate the room, and the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Hotel is beautiful - Will definitely book again
Pros: Nice rooms with modern fixtures. My favorite was the lighting in the bathroom
Cons: Parking was TERRIBLE. I was not notified of parking arrangements for guests during check-in
Pros: Design, very comfy bed, wonderful bathroom, great room service
Cons: No in-room movies (contrary to advertisement), Internet was down whole first night (also contrary to advertising), maids come into the room early despite the "do not disturb" sign...multiple times both days we stayed, front desk help was apathetic and snarky.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was excellent!
Pros: The staff were helpful in upgrading our accommodations after we expressed disappointment with the room we booked. (See below)
Cons: The hotel is misleading in what it advertises as a "junior suite" for which they charge $50 extra per night. It is not a suite. It is just a large room. And it's not even good extra space. Just an oversized entry way and an extra strip of space between the bed and TV. Also, when i booked, there was no mention that the room didn't have a window to the outdoors; just an atrium view. Definitely not worth paying for. But the staff was kind enough to get us a better room. Apparently they've heard this complaint before.
My biggest complaint is with Kayak/Orbitz customer service. The first person I called was helpful, but got disconnected. The second argued with me and then refused to escalate me to his manager. Instead he tried to transfer me to the hotel, but nobody answered. I called back again and asked for a manager at Orbitz, but nobody answered there either. I wanted to reward Kayak with the booking since I used their service to find the hotel, but I will never book via Kayak again after that atrocious customer service.
Pros: Modern. Great hip design
Cons: Was all good
Pros: A modern contemporary room. Comfortable, stylish and right downtown. We walked to events and resturaunts during our stay.

Pros: My husband, myself and our 6 month old son stayed here for 2 nights and the entire stay was perfect, from start to finish. We were greeted with a smile and given great customer service right when we checked in and the hotel itself was very clean and smelled great! Every staff member we met (front desk, cleaners) were always friendly and willing to help in whatever way we needed (bringing a crib to our room, extra towels, and so on). Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great, big variety between hot and cold. Fresh coffee in lobby 24/7! Also, indoor pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Super convenient location, right off highway and near many stores, food places, etc. Definitely coming back here.
Cons: Nothing we didn't like, definitely 10/10 hotel!
Pros: The hotel, overall, was very well maintained, staff friendly and rooms clean, beds very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety and was well staffed and replenished. The breakfast seating was large enough to accommodation most of the breakfast eaters.
Within half an hour of arriving, late, the fire alarm went off which "put a bad taste in my mouth" for the hotel. The staff was very efficient in aiding the guests evacuation and determining the safety for our immediate return which quickly redeemed my opinion.
Cons: I thought for the money we paid our room was quite small. I had to move the office chair away from the desk to the far side of the room so two people could barely pass at the foot of the bed at the same time.

Cons: Too far away from city. Nothing else left though so not hotel issue. Very nice hotel
Pros: They offered bikes and drink tickets. This was something I've never had at any other hotel.
Cons: We got a king suite with a 2 person jacuzzi tub and only got 1 robe. I asked twice for them to leave another in the room during our 3 day stay but they never did. Also they didn't provide enough towels for 2 people. Also, no complimentary breakfast
Pros: Beds very comfortable. Nice environment, very clean
Cons: nothing bad
Pros: Very quick check in
Cons: Noise, unsymphathetic staff dealing with noise
Cons: Mattresses were pretty bad.
Pros: Very clean, big room, friendly staff
Cons: Close to the pool so could hear that until 11pm but it wasn't that bad.
The first time we stayed there we got a Jacuzzi suite. Only problem is when the people in the room above us turned on their jacuzzi the noise in our room was DEAFENING, really uncomfortable. All in all a good hotel, but it definitely has its share of issues.
Pros: Clean, nice smell, nice location, great breakfast.
Cons: The walls are WAY to thin. You can actually hear the words of a conversation when someone next door is speaking at a normal volume.
Pros: Nice size rooms, pool was create, quiet atmosphere.
Pros: Impressive rock/stone facade. Spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff.
Pros: Clean, nice pool area, comfortable beds
Cons: I stayed there 7 days ago and still haven't received a credit on my Visa for $20.00 incidental fee.
Pros: Loved how modern and clean everything was.
Cons: I thought for the price their should have been a continental breakfast.
Pool area is indoors and very nice including hot tub
Pros: not sure if all their rooms were like this, but ours was handicap accessible and the bathroom was huge. Shower water pressure was great too.

Pros: Room very comfortable. Temperature easy to regulate. Excellent breakfast offered. Food fresh, right temperature. Dinning room provides plenty of seating and comfortable. Nice to have a pool and exercise room available.
Cons: Difficult, but noise in pool area when large number using pool makes it less desirable to use.
Cons: Although we called to request it, room service did not come to change the bed or offer new towels in the entire three days we stayed there.
Pros: This hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: My room was not very clean. The counter had crumbs on it and the drawer in the fridge had what looked like wilted spinach in it. The carpet also needed to be vacuumed.
Pros: Staff was excellent!
Pros: Friendly staff very helpful
Cons: Everything was just how it should be
Pros: Comfort, well layed out room with a full kitchen, very clean.
Cons: Small bed, trouble getting very many tv channels.
Pros: Loved the location the staff was nice and very attentive to our needs
Pros: Room was good sized. Good breakfast too.
Cons: Credit card machine not working correctly at check-in
Pros: Staff friendly , clean room , very good breakfast, we've stayed at a few different Residence Inn's , they're pretty much our preferred place to stay, love the large rooms, and always been very satisfied.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Pros: separate bedroom was a great asset...great staff...wonderful breakfastmore quiet than most hotels
Pros: I liked the layout. It feels like your staying in an 1 bedroom apartment and not just a single bedroom.
Cons: I did not appreciate discovering a few false advertisements on their website. There was no stove in our units and the hotel did not have rollaway cots available due to their being a fire hazard. Very small, loud and busy pool.

Pros: Huge room, nice lobby, great location, and tasty breakfast.
Cons: Hotel sites indicate the hotel has parking, but do not say that it costs an extra $20 per day. "Parking" should mean "Free Parking". Also, some parking spots are very tricky to get in and out, even with a compact car. Breakfast gets hectic near the finishing time (9 am on weekdays); better get there early if you want to avoid a line and get some food.
Pros: Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean.
Pros: Large room, included breakfast, contemporary decor
Cons: Awkward structure with lobby several floors above street level. Two sets of elevators - first to get to lobby, second to rooms. Underground parking very tight
Cons: Pool dos high chlorine
Pros: The breakfast!
Cons: Paying $17 for parking when I had a room! Parking should be free
Pros: The hotel was clean and the rooms were a good size with comfy furniture. The staff very friendly and always willing to help you out. Either by recommending places to eat, calling you a cab, or by doing anything else to make your stay enjoyable :) Also they had good happy hour prices and serve food 24/7!
Cons: So apparently the hotel only "naturally" cools their rooms in winter and our room was very warm and there is no way to cool your room down then so we roasted the whole time we were there :( Also the fact that you have to take 2 sets of elevators to get in and out of the hotel was kinda inconvenient.
Pros: Very friendly staff that wanted to make sure you were taken care of. Hotel was updated and very clean and quiet .Location was very convenient; close to train, target center, and has the attached sky walk. Early departure and complimentary breakfast was ready prior to 6:30. Did I mention the 5 star staff---very pleasant to deal with at every inquiry! Great job folks!!!!
Cons: Not familiar with Hotel layout; check in is on the H floor. Parking extra, underground, and you have to switch elevators to get to your room. No meal delivery to the room; not a major issue.
Pros: We liked the fact that we could walk by skyway anywhere in the downtown Minneapolis area. We also enjoyed upscale amenities at an affordable price. Complimentary breakfast was included.
Cons: We were late in departing the hotel one morning and we told the cleaning service to come back later but they must have forgotten because our room did not get made up. Parking is quite expensive.
Pros: When we arrived we were fist sent to a room that was not made up. We went back down to the desk and got a clean room. The general appearance of the hotel was ok. The beds were comfortable. Nothing great and nothing terrible.
Pros: Lesley Hanson at the front desk was absolutely awesome! She took care of a of control high temp problem in one of our rooms and made us very happy with Hyatt. We usually stay at the Commons Hotel, and we loved this (and Lesley!).
Cons: Getting to and from parking was a pain the rear! Did not plan for the parking fees, you need to make this more transparent in your fees.
Guest rooms feature the Hyatt Grand beds, media and work center with a 42 inch flat panel HDTV that easily integrates with laptops and other electronic devices, a comfortable cozy corner L-shaped sofa-sleeper, wet bar and bathroom vanity upgraded with granite countertops. Enjoy complimentary hotel-wide wireless high-speed internet and complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast, with customizable breakfast bowls and yogurt parfaits, served daily.
Pros: I loved the modern look of the hotel. The bedding was of good quality, which is a huge plus for me! We had a beautiful view of the river from our room. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Xcel Energy Centre, which was our destination, so I liked the proximity of the hotel to the venue. Overall I was very happy with my one night stay.
Pros: We were given an updated room. While generally nice it was a bit cramped with two queen beds. The staff were friendly overall.
Cons: A bit cramped even though it was a updated room. While the staff was generally friendly, getting someone to answer a phone at the front desk and the Valet was slow and frustrating.
Pros: Very clean rooms and beds were comfortable. We had a newly renovated room, it was small but very nice with a lovely view of the river. Good location. Staff was helpful.
Cons: The cost of the room was more than I'd ever paid. I was also under the impression that the parking fee was included in the price of the room, which was not the case.
Located in the heart of downtown and atop the bluffs of the Mississippi River the InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront offers unrivalled access to the best of the Twin Cities. We’re just steps away from live theater renowned museums memorable dining specialty shopping and an extensive park and trail system. Pros: Room met requirement but was small. Room was clean and ready for guests.
Cons: Front lobby was dated, needs update. Elevator very slow.. Breakfast met minimum requirements.
Pros: It was near a lot of nice things.
Cons: I got food poisoning from the complimentary breakfast.
Pros: Clean. Comfortable beds.
Cons: Need bigger coffee cups.
Pros: The rooms are clean and it seems to be newly remodeled.
Cons: I have always enjoyed the breakfast before. Did not care for the new pancake maker and prefer to have the waffle maker back. It seemed like they are were out of several things during breakfast.
Pros: Great bed and pillows! Slept wonderfully.
Cons: Bathroom was small but functional and clean. Showerhead was huge and water pressure was perfect.
Pros: Starbucks across the street along with many places to eat.
Cons: The room was a bit small.
Cons: Older rooms
Pros: The staff was friendly and the room appeared to be clean, small but satisfactory. The breakfast was very good too.
Cons: I needed a small meeting room as our room was too small. We ended up using the breakfast room. Not private but it worked out.
It was sort of dirty and the service was very limited. The front desk should have someone manning the desk. We stopped 3 times with not much success. The hotel needs someone at it! The bed was very comfortable.
Pros: It had a nice breakfast, and free wifi
Cons: There was never anyone at the front desk. The room smelled funny. When we opened the refrigerator to put some food in it, we almost threw up. It smelled like someone put some rotting meat in it. We refused to use it. The fan in the bathroom was broken.
Pros: Great beds. Walking distance to Starbucks and restaurants. Clean. A family hotel without all the pricy glitz that average folks can do without. Breakfast.
Cons: Our double-double room was pretty cramped. Elevator carpet needs to be replaced.

Pros: spacious hotel. room, lobby, dining area, etc.
i like that the breakfast cost was included in the price of the room. that was a nice surprise.
Cons: no hot tub.
Pros: A great stay for work. Easy walk to the convention center. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and functional. Very comfortable.
Pros: The room was welcoming, larger than expected, great views. Room service was prompt and had great drink selections. The food (mushroom arancini and turkey burger) were great. Easy access to cabs to get us to our NYE destination downtown.
Cons: Was unaware of the NYE party going on in the hotel, extreme security in place to even get to our room, bottle necks at elevators, loud party goers, and strange routes to get from parking to hotel because of the event. Might have chosen another hotel if we had known.
Pros: Fantastic service, great staff, beautiful lobby. Very comfortable bed. Rooms were quiet and restful.
Cons: Some of the furniture was a little beat-up, though not very bad. Room was a little dark; would have appreciated one more lamp.
Pros: The room was a great space. Everything was excellent and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Cons: No hot tub.
Pros: Hotel has an amazing gym with great equipment and a full size indoor basketball course. The room service and valet was excellent, and food was good.
Cons: Stayed here while Meta-Con was being hosted by the hotel and it was extremely crowded, kids seemed to be having fun but most were obnoxious, rude, and out of line. I wouldn't stay here if the hotel was hosting this event again.
Pros: -Club floor ($30 extra per night provides continental breakfast and dinner hors d'oeuvres)
-Affordable parking with in/out priviliges
Cons: -More food options during continental breakfast
Pros: Queen beds were nice and the bathroom was big. Market in the lobby had a good variety of snacks/fruit (a bit pricey). My room didn't have a fridge, but they got one to me in less than 1/2 hour. Very nice staff! Parking right there and not too expensive ($17/day)
Cons: Room took a bit to cool off, but was nice once it did.
At check in I was told that since I booked through a third party (Kayak), they put a $200 hold on my credit card that I would get back. I don't travel much, so I didn't understand this. The room was already nonrefundable.
Pros: Extremely good value at $79/night! We stayed with some family so we had three rooms total and we got to be right next to each other. Very friendly and personable staff.
Pros: Close to everything; our main destination was Orchestra Hall but we found ourselves near awesome restaurants and pubs.
Cons: We were charged a $10 fee for an upgrade that we never requested or agreed to. When I called the receptionist was uber polite and corrected it. A very minor issue.
Experience our downtown Minneapolis luxury hotel, perfectly situated on Nicollet Mall. The recently redesigned hotel pays tribute to the unique culture of Minnesota, with sleek mid-century Scandinavian décor highlighted by a spacious lobby featuring an expansive stone fireplace framed by rustic wooden logs. Our hotel’s premiere location provides convenient access to an incredible array of Twin Cities’ attractions, from shopping to sports, the arts and the great outdoors.
Pros: Convenient location, right next to the light rail makes it easy to get to and from airport, mall of America. Right downtown near the stadiums and great restaurants.
Pros: Near every fun thing I N downtown Mpls.
Pros: Comfortable bed and clean room
Cons: The TV and most of the lights didn't work. I called the front desk twice and both times they said they were sending a tech to fix it. No one showed up. I then walked down to the front desk and asked, they said there were sending someone up. No one every showed up. Had to watch football game at the bar.
Pros: Clean, quiet and comfortable hotel.
Cons: Expensive to park, if you are driving.
Pros: The lobby and restaurant are in a beautiful old bank building that has been restored. The rooms are modern and clean.
Pros: I just loved this hotel it is close to everything. A convenient walk from the light rail and Nicollet mall
Pros: We were in town to attend a Twins baseball game, so this was a perfect location to walk to the ballpark. It's also close to a lot of great restaurants and other downtown activities.
Cons: We came back to the hotel for nightcap and the bar had already closed down. Other than leaving the property, we didn't have another option. It wasn't even midnight on a Thursday night. Seemed odd for a downtown hotel.
Pros: The room was decent and clean.
Fairly close to downtown Minneapolis attractions.
Cons: $200 extra held upon check-in for "incidentals".
Parking is extra $.
Fees upon fees upon fees for everything you can think of. Don't even bother with room service.
Pros: Staff was friendly. Bar staff was fun. Convenient location.
Cons: The cost if the hotel was great until you realize that parking is not included. Valet is $40+. Most offer thato with no extra cost or a much smaller fee. Parked on my own to avoid that, and it was still $20 overnight fee.
Pros: Very modern and clean. Very comfortable beds. Great location to be able to walk around to downtown locations.
Cons: Parking was expensive especially for a one day stay.
Pros: Hotel was clean. Workout facility and swimming pool was great, but I do agree with other reviewers that the chlorine made my eyes sting. Location was great. We pulled up and the valet told us of a parking ramp attached to the sky way that offered cheaper parking! So kind of him and it saved us $20.
Cons: We could hear normal conversation through the walls and ALL the hallway noise. I have had quieter rooms at a "non-luxury hotel". This hotel promotes itself as luxury hotel, but we have stayed at Hampton Inns that were so much quieter. I honestly prefer the Hampton Inn over this hotel.
Pros: Very nice and comfortable. Rooms were inviting and home like
Cons: Our room had some things left behind in the dresser that weren't to appealing.

Pros: The hotel breakfast was great and the front desk was very helpful whenever we called with questions
Cons: The pull out couch was very uncomfortable and was pretty much unsleepable. We had to lay the couch cushions on top of it to be able to sleep on it.
Pros: Large room, clean, great location, easy parking.
Cons: My room was right next to a utility or laundry room. Females were talking loud in the hallway frequently between 3am - 4am. Was it maintenance staff? I had trouble sleeping.
Pros: Staff were great, the view was pretty cool, and the breakfast was well done!
Cons: The main entrance to the hotel was fairly insignificant and tougher to find in the hustle of downtown Minneapolis. It was easy to miss and had to go around the block twice to be sure I had the right entrance.
Pros: Clean, great service and big rooms.
Cons: Parking is horrible and expensive!
Pros: The location of this hotel is wonderful. In perfect walking distance to lots of shopping and dining and easy self-serve parking ramp. The complimentary breakfast was also good.
Cons: The internet did not work properly and kept disconnecting. Also, the heater/AC unit did not work in our room. We tried many times to adjust the temperature but we couldn't get the unit to work, it remained at 76 the entire visit, which was a bit warm.
Pros: Everything was clean and the room was beautiful. A great location in the city.
Cons: The staff at the front desk were less accommodating than we had hoped, as we used a different payment method. Our daughter paid for the room via fax. We were also unable to sleep, there was a horrible banging noise coming from the refrigerator all night.
Pros: Comfort and a great location.
Pros: Great location!
Cons: The hide-a-bed was VERY uncomfortable. The furniture was in poor condition.
Pros: Excellent accommodations, friendly staff and a location that is within walking distance of concert venues, stadiums and theatres.
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: Free Breakfast and Great location
Cons: $13 dollars for parking
Great location downtown; spacious rooms
Pros: Very clean; good breakfast buffet
Cons: No towels in exercise room; expensive parking;cheap blankets
Pros: Lovely clean room, nicely designed and laid out.
Cons: Noise from street, noise from hallway traffic.

Pros: Felt fancy, drove up in my muddy f250, looked at this crazy redneck like I was out of place. Had them valet that sucker right on the spot, smiles and friendliness (easy and fast) "that what she said" , had a greeter summon an elevator and direct me to the 5th floor, jammed to some dope elevator tunes. Got to the front desk, a little backed up , the fancy fancy platinum members line was bone dry, guess I wasn't that special. Cutie behind the counter was polite and humorous. (Received the cards) bam elevators, bam at my door on the tenth floor, bam key swiped, and then.....
Cons: You got to set your expectations on size low, Immediately my buddy had to rub in my face "way to go on getting the smallest room bruh" I replied "ST@#" started getting ready for our concert, I then call the frount desk and ask for one of them rolly beds, "yes sir we will send it right up" bam problem adverted, took an hr to get all ready (bruh was being a pre- donna ) still no bed, phhh we gots to go so they will come drop it off , so we leave ( fast forward through all the dark/IPA non hipster beer fest, eye melting, ear penetrating, mind blowing sounds of senses fail/sum41 and post game pizza at louches) drunk walk back from all that madness, get to the lobby and apparently Vinilla Ice Ice baby is staying there to and had all his groupies waiting down there for them, a couple girls come up to my buddy and ask "do you know which room he is in?" That playa was all like " yeah follow us we just ran to get Ice his "stuff" " up the elevator and to the door *fist bump* open the door......just the small room, 1 bed (no roll out) SMH. Called front desk again "sorry we are completely out" nooooo! I called shotgun so I was legit, buddy froze on the floor, at 3, 5, 8 am sounded like someone was banging on our door, royaly pissed me off, (no one was even there!?) after the second knock and my friend slowly dieing of hypothermia we called and asked them to send up pillows and blankets, got them , bro was no longer a popsicle. Woke up called the manager/ now we all good, I would totally stay here again when I'm downtown!! For realzies!
Pros: Walking distance to a lot of attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: It's just not worth what they charge. Front desk operations has nice people but not wait lines are long. Noisy and hard to sleep. Beds need to be replaced.
Pros: Convenient location, friendly staff, clean, quiet room. Overpriced for the size of the room, which was fine because we weren't in it much, but it really was tiny. Great view, comfortable bar/lounge area and great spot for walking downtown.
Cons: Garth Brooks
Pros: staff was great overall clean
Cons: bathroom stink long way from parking garage
Cons: Long walk from parking garage

Pros: Never again. I booked 2 beds as i had my kids. We got a king bed. One of my kids had to sleep in a chair. Their booking system can't figure out the difference they told me.
Cons: It was all bad.
Pros: Great location, was able to check in 4 hours prior, very accommodating
Cons: Everything was great!
Pros: The staff was really friendly and the pool was nice and warm.
Cons: The restaurant /bar was basically a bar. Me and my 5 yr. Old son didn't feel like we should even go in there. Not family friendly. Confusing, there was no host or signs saying seat your self or wait to be seated. The beds were alright. Although, a woman with hips such as myself, it was a bit hard. It felt like a big party hotel. Alot of the younger generation coming in and out. The pool was nice but pretty small.
Pros: The rooms are spacious, well equipped and the location is amazing with quick access to 394 taking you wherever you need to go. Very quick ride into downtown (can see it from the hotel). The West End across the street has a grocery store, theater and nice restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: The breakfast is really expensive so we walked across the street for bagels and coffee. It would be nice if they offered a mini version of the buffet, like one small plate for a reduced price. Our family of four would need to spend $80 for the breakfast buffet. The staff was not the nicest we have ever encountered but they weren't bad, just mediocre.
Pros: Great restaurants, shops and movie theater across the street. 7 min drive from downtown.
Cons: Sheets didn't get changed and when they took the towels they didn't replace them. Had to call the next morning to ask for replacements.
Pros: The location was convenient.
Cons: We paid for a whirlpool room. The tub drained into the shower and with it brought up everything else lurking in the drain. We missed out on our plans at the Mall of America because of having to switch rooms as they didn't have anyone on to repair it and they spent forever trying to sort the problem out. The room we were switched to had blue tap holding together the edging of the whirlpool. Not very classy. We didn't even get an apology or compensation for any of it.
Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: Soaking wet bed. Literally. Disgusting. Not well compensated for this huge over site. Basic no frills hotel. Expensive breakfast.
Pros: Everything was clean, staff was nice and helpful. I even got a warm cookie when I checked in. (although it did have nuts and I'm allergic)
Cons: There was construction on the main entrance that confused the cab driver
Pros: Clean and maintained well. Friendly staff. Nice facility.
Cons: In room coffee terrible. Bare bones rooms seemed business traveler oriented more the anything
