the front door was hard to lock
The staff was incredible. They went above & beyond for me. Amy, general mgr, was awesome!
Location and staff Carpet was damp. Took a shower in am and the floor was Wet.
that it was available in Whitehall and had A&W across the street. Breakfast didn't start till 7am AC didn't work well
it was simple and clean and not corporate looking. The staff were real people and not phoney wax models who hate their job.
Got what I paid for, it's a 2 star hotel and isn't going to be ritzy or anything. Good enough place to just sleep. Manager was unkempt which seemed rather unprofessional, but he was nice. The room is dated and small (doesn't bother me but it might others) The bed sheets were clean...but even when clean, they had mysterious stains on them which kinda grossed me out
Not much since it is the only hotel in White Hall Need larger bathrooms and comfortable mattresses.
This hotel was awful. there was nothing here that we liked. everything. The bathroom was odd, someone could turn th elight off while your in the shower. We woke up with bed bug bites. there were two doors- one of which went to the outside that didn't lock and the manager told me they ordered a lock.It was Terrible
Rooms are a nice size Breakfast was dismal...rooms could use new carpet...tv stations very limited
Quiet, convenient to freeway. strong smoke smell in hallway.
Close to Lewis and Clark Caverns. Acceptable for price paid. Skimpy toiletries. Small breakfast room area.
