Helpful staff, overall cleanliness.
Everything was great until we found a bedbug in our bed. This may be common in this area though. The room, sheets and bathroom were clean so I was actually surprised to find this little critter.
It was very clean. The staff provided extra covers and pillows which was nice.
For the price, I wish that it would had at least a Jacuzzi or even better a hit tub. It was a little pricey for basically a room, tv, microwave and refrigerator.
Great price, clean room, friendly and helpful staff.
Some of the clientele were scary (loitering around the office and parking lot, talking loudly). My teenage daughter and I were traveling together and we felt vulnerable at times.
Very close to the highway.
Towels had stains; I had pay the house keeping to get clean towels and the carpet needs cleaning.
The hotel looks a average Super 8 on the outside. But the rooms where excellent. Very clean and don't smell. Great for a layover. It's a better Super 8.
The price. Should be a little cheaper for the location.
Room smelled. People were partying all night upstairs and it sounded like they were jumping up and down and dropping bowling balls.
the agent on duty when we arrived was very friendly and felt bad that our reservation was not correct.
there was no fire alarm in the room, we had to take the smoking room even though our reservation had non smoking.
Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The area was very safe. Would stay again.
Very clean & receptionist was very professional & homely all together
The microwave was broken & couldn't heat my food
The bed was comfortable
The room was old and dusty. The floor creeked when you walk on it. The room reeked of smoke and one of the chairs was broken. The hotel staff was not accomodating at all. When i requested a iron and ironing board they told me to come get it.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and it was close to the concert venue which was the whole reason we came to Whites Creek/Nashville.
The room could have been cleaner. It was dusty and the carpet looks like it hasn't been replaced in about 10+ years.
Great proximity to the Woods amphitheater, also restaurant next door and gas station in walking distance.
NOTHING!!!!! Did not ask for a smoking room but was put in one and the smell was horrible!! Then our toilet didn't fluch right and it ended up overflowing. We had to clean the water mess up oursevles. Trying to get anything out of the hotel to help was di
like pulling teeth! Then what hotel has no extra towels? Really?!! Needless to say, glad I had my beach towels. Would NEVER stay at this one again!!!
the room was very nice and spacious with a great bed. the heat and air worked well and the location was right off the interstate which made it easy to find
no microwave in the room and the attendant seemed scared to let us in and use the one in the lobby. the ice machine was also in the lobby and it didnt feel accessible
the rooms had some weird smell and they gave me handicap accessible room and it was not at all comfortable. Morning front desk person was very helpful and good. The evening front desk person was rude.
Not bad... I'd stay there again. Good value for the money.
Stayed one night. Hotel was quiet, clean, and conveniently located. Our room had one king bed and plenty of room for our toddler's Pack & Play. Pillows were too flat and too few. Despite having the world's smallest breakfast area, the continental breakfast was decent (cereal, Belgian waffles).
