Pros: Extremely friendly, accommodating and beautiful hotel. I love the old school accommodations with turning down the bed at evening and water bottles whenever needed. The rooms were nice and dark with the blackout curtains, staff was some of the friendliest I have encountered and would do anything to make our stay wonderful. Amazing hotel and amazing stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel. Fantastic location as well.
Cons: The only downfall were the few times we tried to get picked up by the shuttle. Leaving the hotel in the shuttle was never an issue but being picked up would often get very busy and we were told 7-10 min and not hear from anyone 40-50 min later. A few times pick up was fast but the majority of the time we ended up having to call uber.
Pros: Our introduction to The Hutton was by American Express. The 1st person I spoke to was Lisa Powers from the Concierge Team.
She was fabulous. She sent us an extensive list for proposed things to do in advance. She spent a great deal of time prior to arrival talking to me about options for tours, restaurants etc.. I was coordinating for a group of 6. By the time we arrived our shows and tours were booked. She even assisted with a wonderful hair and dinner appts.. She greeted us upon arrival and the service continued. What a great intro. The entire hotel team, Tony, Laura Will, Megan, Eric and Ellie and Wendall who handled room service. The team in the restaurant bar, Rachel, Dennis, Cody and Eric were fantastic as well!!!
Cons: Despite the fact that the rooms were beautiful and clean, we felt the maid service could have been a little more through.
We had one meal at the 1808 Restaurant. It was fabulous.
It might be a best kept secret.
Perhaps it is because the hours for dinner of 5:30-9 was a little limiting.
We had an Italian restaurant up the Street that begins with an A.
We had to have dinner there one night. The food was good but no comparison to 1808. The service was terrible. I think 1808 might be a hidden gem.
Pros: Staff was very professional, attentive and friendly. Great room service .
Cons: Hotel was a bit further from downtown than we thought. They do provide a free shuttle, though.
Pros: Liked everything. Great hotel. Only complaint (if you make me pick one was the rooms were a tad small.
Pros: The Hutton is centrally located and the staff are fantastic. They also also pets and do a great job making the owners and pets feel welcome.
Cons: Parking is pricey.
Pros: We planned on going to New York or Chicago when my wife suggested Nashville. I immediately thought of honky tonks and country music, but I'm into new things and so we set a course to Nashville. There were several Hotel options, and we pick the Hutton because it seem to apeal to us more so than the others when we saw the website. we were not disappointed. We had a great time.
Pros: Shuttle Service (Tesla)
Early Check in (if available)
Cons: Rooms are a bit smaller
Pros: Staff incredibly friendly
Clean and modern rooms
Cons: Very expensive ($500 per night) and breakfast was not included.
The room did not have a closet for our clothes (what was there was a closet for the luggage with no hangers)
The room was big but not huge, given its cost.
The location is convenient for college visit but it it is not downtown, so it is not in a pretty part of town
Pros: Great service ( gave me a toothbrush since I forgot) happy hour, great design, friendly sincere staff.
Cons: Didn't have warrior game.
Pros: First hotel room to have a mobile lighted make-up mirror. One can place it on the desk and sit down to apply make-up. Fabulous!
Pros: The service was fantastic from the moment I checked in until the time I left. The front desk, bar, maintenance and cleaning staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The fitness center was very nice with a variety of equipment. Very close to downtown!
Pros: The ambience was calm and structured which made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. The staff was always eager to assist when the concierge wasn't available. I really appreciated sitting down to check in, it's not something I would normally consider but it is well worth it. The rooms were spotless and I had room 1515 with an outlook on downtown. The sheets were clean and I sunk into the down comforter. The shower and bathroom soaps were to die for, I actually bought some of it I enjoyed it so much.
Cons: I had to travel to the Java station for a simple coffee instead of allowing for my own in the room. However I'd gladly do it again for the other commodities to be available.

Cons: Concierge breakfast buffet that came with our room was pretty scarce and not refilled both mornings that we went;
Expensive parking lots
Pros: Great staff
Cons: No refrigerator for personal use
Pros: Wonderful staff! Love the Lounge and the room and decor are fabulous!
Cons: The only negative about the stay was the temperature in the lobby / bar / restaurant. Uncomfortably cold in all common areas
Pros: Great staff. Lovely set up. Professionalism at its finest. Highly pleased, and I'll be returning soon.
Pros: Fun staff. Had a little issue but was addressed right away.
Pros: We had not stayed at the Loews since our son graduated and were pleasantly surprised to see what a nice job they have done in updating the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great location.
Pros: Our room was amazing... Stayed in the premium king suite...bed was beautiful and comfy... Furniture was very eclectic, bathroom very clean, overall romantic... Had a keurig coffee pot and stocked mini bar ( which we just stared at it because the drinks and snacks were so expensive . We really enjoyed the bar downstairs , Masons. The staff was amazing. Took very good care of us. We were very lucky to have got this room for such a great pricel on kayak.
Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent. It is right across the street from Vanderbilt University which was great for morning walks around their campus. The hotel is also within walking distance to some great unique restaurants in Nashville. It is also an easy drive to downtown. The staff was very welcoming and the valet service was quick and professional. Our room was clean and in good shape. Hallways were very quiet at night. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Pros: It was our anniversary and they quickly bumped us up to a room with a better view for the same rate. They did all they could to accommodate us.
Cons: Parking is a bit expensive but hey, that's Nashville for ya
Immerse yourself in old and new Nashville at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel—your stage for exploring the vibrant city we call home. We’re located across from Vanderbilt University in the West End—minutes from the city’s most renowned attractions.
Pros: This is a nice hotel but far from everything. The building is well built and floors are quiet. Unlike other hotels like the Holiday Inn Express you could not hear anything in the room. Many of these other hotels, you could hear the thumping from others walking in the hallway, the rooms next door or above. Not at the Hyatt Place.
They had a bar downstairs which was very convenient. And, we ordered a small pizza and desert...both were good.
I also liked that there was a comfy sectional in the room and the tv on the wall could be turned to the sofa area or the bed.
Cons: The room could have been cleaner. The sink in the wet bar area was dirty and the shower area could have been cleaned better.
Pros: Extremely cordial staff, met every need, extremely clean, quiet, loved that there were apples availables as a quick snack on the way out the door
Pros: It had a bar downstairs and an interesting layout.
Cons: Not as close to Nashville as I would have liked and the room was very damp (our bathing suits never dried).
Our guests enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42 inch high-definition flat panel TV, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed, a plush Cozy Corner oversized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel. Complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast, featuring customized breakfast bowls and yogurt parfaits with an assortment of juices, milk, and Seattle's Best Coffee, available daily.
Pros: The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly, beds very comfortable. Location is perfect to all the excitement of downtown.
Cons: The hotel does not offer free wifi. You have to pay by the day, and at the high nightly rate they charge it should be complimentary.
Pros: The beds were super comfortable, the rooms seemed to be updated to a more modern theme, and the location is perfect for checking out everything in downtown Nashville.
Cons: It is easy to hear people coming back from the bars around 2am and their room doors slamming shut. Also, their were metal platforms on the roadway out front and every time a vehicle ran over them, the loud noise could be heard and we were on the 12th floor. It was very hard to sleep with the noise.
Pros: Overall good place to stay because of location, could get a better deal on price. Helpful staff.
Cons: When I first tried to check in, they somehow had my reservation for the wrong dates. This was amended once I showed them my confirmation email.
Building and facilities were a bit drab and dated.
Pros: The staff at your front desk and valet were great! Very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The ironing board did not have good padding and my shirt had an imprint of the actual board on it. The iron also leaked water all over.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Plentiful parking across the street for $10
Room was nicely appointed and comfortable for family of four
Aveda products in bathroom
Quick, plentiful elevators
Pros: So close to downtown. Great room friendly staff
Pros: The location was perfect. There's plenty of night life & food options within walking distance. The room was clean & customer service was great. The Bridge Bar was great for meeting up before heading out. The breakfast buffet was pricey but most are. The food was good. The fitness area had suitable. I would stay here again.
Pros: Staff was excellent and informative!
Cons: Beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
Pros: They upgraded us to the private/penthouse floor upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds and a great shower with an endless amount of hot water. Right in the middle of everything downtown. And an onsite Starbucks!!
Cons: A little pricey. Just to valet the car for one night was $35!
Pros: Security's safety
Cons: Everything went well when the fire alarm went off.

Pros: It was cheap and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do downtown, so I'd give it 2.5 stars. the staff was friendly.
Cons: Decorated like a Hampton Inn from 2003, there was a comical layer of dust on the furniture and the floors were gritty as if they hadn't been cleaned recently. The hotel stole money from me by charging me 31 dollars for valet parking but returned the stolen money after I proved that we hadn't left a car there, so that was sketchy.
Cons: Uncomfortable rooms. Plumbing was totally messed up.
Pros: The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, bars and music venues.
Pros: I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: The food is excellent, especially the hot chicken. The bartenders are super cool, and the live music is amazing, especially Mandy!
Pros: Location was great for our night out on the town and we was able to walk to anything we wanted to see in downtown Nashville.
Cons: Hotel was ok but not worth the money I paid for it. Room was not carpeted and the fake wood floors felt sticky. Also there was only around 7-8 minutes worth of hot water for a shower and the heating unit for the room was very loud. Parking was steep too! Would I stay at Hotel Indigo Downtown Nashville again? Thanks but no thanks.

Our location is convenient to the State Capitol the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum the Entertainment District LP Field and the Ryman Auditorium.
Pros: Great customer service. Excellent French Toast on Sour Dough!
Pros: Great Hotel and don't forget to go to nearby Chef's Kitchen for some stellar food
Cons: Internet speed wasn't great and for 2 days access to basic sites, to include Marriott.com weren't accessible.
Water heaters were replaced which isn't bad but they amount of sludge and icky stuff that had to be discharged from room sink and bathtub/shower was gross. It would have been nice for the staff to run flush the water in each room while guests were out.
Pros: Comfort, staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Loved the showerhead
Cons: Can't say anything negative.
Pros: The staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Guests staying near me were loud late at night
Pros: Thde place was good nice staff, easy to find, great pool and nice lobby. The only problem was it was not clean as it should have been. There was thick dust on the end tables showing it had not even been wipped off in a long while,
Cons: I think the price of breakfast was crazy as so many hotels offer the same stuff for free
Pros: Big rooms
Cons: Uncomfortable beds, paper thin walls, bad location

Pros: I booked this 2 days prior to a training at the hotel and it turned out to be the most spectacular room. I am going back with my family. It's a truly unique and magnificent experience. The type of room I had was huge with a Murphy bed and electric fireplace along with a dining room table for six and living room. The private double balcony overlooked the cascades.
Cons: For a business training it was expensive even with a great rate the extra respect fees like parking are high but the resort was beautiful. I had problems with my in room coffee maker and they delivered a new one.
Pros: After staying a night in a room without a tub, they were willing to switch rooms for us to a room with a tub.
Cons: The first king room we stayed in didn't have a tub or a microwave. The shower had the hair from whoever stayed there last on the floor which was disgusting. The night before we stayed at a comfort inn for more than half the price to save money and that room was actually much nicer than the Gaylord. Wish I would've just saved the money and stayed at the comfort inn and driven in to the Gaylord to walk around it for a couple hours. Also having to paying $26 a night in parking per vehicle is ridiculous and another way they squeeze you for every fume they can.
Pros: We had excellent service in one of the restaurants. Also, the Christmas decorations were beautiful.
Cons: It was raining and you couldn't pull up to the overhead shelter to unload your car. They made you park (an obscene $24.00 per day to park) and unload your car and walk to the entrance.
They had shut down one of the check in stations just before we arrived, consequently we were probably 50th in line to check in. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. The line was even longer an hour later.
Directions to our room (the place is huge) were very confusing and the elevator to our room was out of order. We took the stairs. Also, one of the escalators was out of order as well.
Only two pillows per bed. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the next night. Four pillows per bed. Smaller room but more comfortable and much less expensive.
Will not go back.
Pros: The place was amazing eye candy. The gardens and water features are so beautiful. We had a great time walking around throughout the place.
Cons: The headboard on one of the beds had a few places where the vinyl had peeled off. There was no liner for our ice bucket and underneath the bucket was a hair tie, which leads me to think, the room wasn't cleaned properly.
Also didn't like the hidden servic fees tagged on to our bill which where explained as, "that pays for the complimentary wifi, 2 bottled water" and what would seem to be our privilege of walking around and looking at the hotel.
Pros: People are nice
Cons: The room was tiny for the price
Poor directions and signage
Pros: The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It was nice to walk around all the property and see all the plants, flowers and shops. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool in the evenings. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: We did not like that we had to walk so far to get to our room. We parked in self park. There was not anywhere close to drive up our car and unload. We had to bring our luggage from the parking lot to our room which was a very long walk. Every time we left, we had that long walk to our car and then back to the room. I would have been lost and not able to find my way most of the time if my husband, who has a great since of direction, had not been with me.
Pros: The flowers
Pros: Lots of amenities but all prices were raised to an extreme also had reserved a king bedroom many months prior and was told on arrival that they were all booked suddenly so had to spend and extra 110 each night for an upgraded room
Pros: Setting, and scenario was very soothing. Ample check in staff so lines moved fairly fast
Cons: Overpriced rate of hotel + all eating establishments within. MIght as well join up with Disney on pricing models. Resort fee was add-on that doesn't rate for the 2 bottles of water on day one, and internet service hookup. $40 for 2 days, plus I guess holding our bags for 3 hours pre-airport run. Uber your ride to Airport you'll save 100% of their shuttle.
Cons: Parlor room does not include a bed. Just a pull out couch. Shower temps tyre was either freezing or scalding. The smell of whatever cleaner they use was overwhelming. Also charge a $20 mandatory resort fee.
Pros: I did like the beauty of the place. Too overpriced for the hotel.
Cons: The price is ridiculous. Will not be staying here again. I will get a much nicer hotel for the money the next visit to Nashville. Everything is so spread out and I did not get a chance to even walk to the Grand Ole Opry. Room service for 2 people was around $80. I had men's beard clippings in the bathroom. I have stayed in better resort hotels. This 2 day stay cost over $1000!!! Not at all worth the cost.
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and has lots of ammenities.
Cons: Way too many kids unsupervised. Kids throwing shows off balconies and jumping in and out of the hot tub.

Pros: The staff was very pleasant and helpful! The rooms, lobby, elevator and hallways were all very clean. I loved the smell.
Cons: The room only had a shower. I was travelling with a baby. So, this made bath time very awkward.
The room got really hot at night. I woke up sweating. So, I turned the thermostate down. But the room didnt cool off until the next morning.
Pros: This hotel had great decor in the lobby. Also tons of great amenities - microwave and mini fridge in the room, free breakfast, happy hour snacks in lobby and live music. The location is perfect for walking downtown or to the Gulch.
Cons: Only thing missing was a bar and an indoor pool.
Pros: Very nice place, laundry machines available which I needed. Really nice waiter in the restaurant. Would stay there again.
Cons: Over priced, dirty, under construction, rude desk clerk, no breakfast, uncomfortable bed...
Pros: I was scheduled for surgery at a nearby hospital at 5 AM. This hotel was conveniently located.
Cons: When we arrived, we discovered the hotel was being renovated. Parking was disturbed, registration was located on the second floor, and there was noises of construction outside our window. I also stepped on a sewing needle during the evening that was embedded in the carpet.

Cons: Room was not cleaned on one day of our visit. Wasn't asked if I was a Rewards member until the last day. Parking was costly.
Pros: It waa very nice. And clean.
Cons: Paying 35$ for parking in a giant empty parking garage, and not being informed at any point or with any signage guests wouls pay to park
Pros: Nice rooms and hotel staff is very professional
Cons: Parking is expensive. Given the cost of parking in the area, it is heavy handed.
Cons: We only had one towel in our bathroom. No one was available to get us more. ? We paid for a Parthenon view and received a parking lot view. The air conditioning did not get below 77 degrees. Very small room. Extremely disappointed for what we paid, and what we were promised.
Pros: very convenient to Vanderbilt
staff was very accomodating
Cons: did not think it was a good value
hotel rooms need to be updated

Pros: Comfortable beds and furniture. Very quiet even though parking lot was full.
Cons: No continental breakfast.
Pros: Staff,They went out of their way to be helpful.
Pros: The staff were absolutely amazing!
Pros: Very modern, comfortable clean rooms and great location.
Pros: Very clean close to grand ole opry in walking distance
Cons: No every one was real nice all Nashville very clean town no homeless no drinks on street just goof ole country people
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating!
Cons: The hotel didn't offer a complimentary breakfast and the hotel was overpriced for what it offered.
Pros: Proximity to event!
Pros: Convenient to area attractions. The food in the Bistro was very good. The bed was comfortable. For the internet price I got, it was ok. If I would have had to pay full price, not worth it.
Cons: A bit run down. Carpet stained. Sheets very thin, small tear in the bedsheet. There was supposed to be a small refrigerator in the room, but there was not. My button on the phone to call the Front desk did not work. I was there three nights, never fixed.
Pros: The hotel was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower had good strong water pressure. The staff were generally very kind and helpful.
Cons: Only negative thing -my daughter left a favorite tshirt, when we went back, it was gone. When asked, the cleaning crew & manager, who had 'just' cleaned the room, said they saw nothing. Would have preferred to dig them from trash then be lied to.
Pros: Indoor pool
Cons: The bathroom had other people's hair all over the floor and shower. For the price they should have a Continental breakfast.
Pros: Staff was very professional and knew what they were doing. Quick check in and out.
Cons: You couldn't walk anywhere
Pros: Everything. It was great. Fantastic staff. Very clean. Wonderful accommodations. Walking distance to the Grand Ole Opry and Opryland. Very safe.
Cons: The pool was a little chilly for the kids, but they did not seem to mind and it was clean so I am happy about that.

Pros: Location was great. Close to downtown and the gulch. Free breakfast was appreciated
Cons: There was construction going on that started at 6am on a Saturday. We were never offered earplugs. Never really told about it. I would have stayed in a different hotel if I had known this especially for how much I had to pay and the fact that the "relaxing" part of my vacation was ruined. One day when we came back from our hotel all our trash had been taken out of the trash cans and left on the tables next to our stuff. Staff was also very loud in the hallways talking back and forth across rooms while cleaning during the morning hours.
Cons: Being double charged.
Pros: Staff was great at the front desk....nice complimentary snack bar in the afternoon
Cons: Rooms were not serviced by 4pm...so just got fresh towels
Pros: Staff was friendly and nice
Cons: Lots of fruit flies in the room. room smelled bad. Toilet was very small. The beds were squeaky.
Pros: It was what we needed since we were only in town for the night and just needed a place close to the bars before crashing.
Cons: Shower was dirty, random amenities fee, and bed was not the best.
Pros: Comfort and breakfast
Cons: Parking was fine when we arrived at 3:00pm, but when we arrived back at 11:30pm from our outing we had no place to park, got to end of parking garage and couldn't even turn around, so we had to back out. Very disappointed in this. There should be enough parking for guests
Pros: Free breakfast was great and the Shuttle for local are drop offs was pretty cool too.
Cons: The shuttle didnt go very far or run late enough.
Pros: The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Just a couple blocks from downtown, so you don't really have to drive anywhere.
Cons: The decor was a little dated, but that didn't affect the comfort or the overall stay. That was really my only beef.

Pros: The location is great for proximity to downtown and Vanderbilt. The bar and lobby areas are nice. Bartenders were friendly and had good wine suggestions. There was a wedding on Saturday that took over the entire lobby for much of the day and night, so that cut down on our enjoyment. Friday night we enjoyed having a glass of wine in the lobby while listening to live music and waiting to meet friends for dinner.
Cons: The shower stall was old and had mold and mildew stains in the grout. We were awakened several times during the night by people passing through in the hall. They weren't being excessively noisy; it seems to be a design flaw. I much prefer the Hutton. Even the Loews is better.
Pros: The location and historic charm are off the hook,
Cons: Rooms we're lacking for the quality we were expecting..
All and all good stay...
Pros: The staff was amazing and super helpful! Everything was clean and nicely remodeled!
Cons: The hotel has zero parking you have to pay to park which was very expensive!
Pros: Staff was wonderful. Rooms well appointed and comfortable beds
Cons: The fitness facility could be expanded by a lot!!

Pros: Excellent location for our visit, very clean and the service was great, would recommend this hotal
Cons: In busy road, drivers flying down the road, watch exiting the hotel. Also the town didn't have a place to sit and have breakfast except fast food
Pros: Very nice decor and updated. Much better than I expected.
Enjoy your visit to Ashland City with a stay at Boarders Inn & Suites. Free perks include WiFi and self parking. Rooms offer up nice touches like hydromassage showerheads, designer toiletries, and comfy beds with Egyptian cotton sheets.
Pros: The staff was friendly and the location was close to downtown. Use the shuttle or Uber if you are going downtown. Parking is expensive.
Pros: The staff working there are very accommodating and friendly. I got to the hotel early the first day and was directed to the free breakfast and allowed to store my bags for free. Breakfast was great! Mini pancake machine along with waffles and eggs. The room was large and comfortable. The location was convenient but not as convenient as some of the other hotels downtown. (I like walking around so it was a bit out of the way returning home in the evening by foot.)
Pros: Bed was comfortable, it was quiet.
Cons: The check in guy at the front I thought was rude. There were random stains on the curtains, walls, and ironing board. I thought the price was too high for the quality. If it were 200 for 2 nights instead of 300 I thought that would've been more fitting. Might as well stay in a la quinta
Pros: Staff was very customer oriented. Quite clean. Good breakfast. Location was not as good as expected but did have a shuttle running every 1/2 hr. To the downtown area. Shuttle stops at 9:00 pm.
Cons: Early stopping of the shuttle. Should at least be til 10:00. Otherwise, enjoyed our brief stay.
Pros: Staff was fantastic and everything was very clean
Cons: Bathroom had peeling wall coverings.
Fridge was in compartment of entertainment console, no ventilation. Poor concept or maintenance.
Cons: The air conditioner was too loud
Cons: Rooms/hall ways are in need of work.
Pros: Breakfast was ok lobby area ok
Cons: Everything else was bad pool room tv everything else
Pros: Breakfast, friendly staff, free shuttle ride, comfortable bed
Cons: Artwork, further away from nightlife
Pros: Your employees were very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Location was good, room was clean, staff was great.
Cons: Parking was a challenge, over all hotel could use some updates for the over all price.
Pros: Room and breakfast great. Staff very friendly
Cons: Wish there were more restaurants close by
Pros: Guest Care Staff at the Front Desk were great. Jonathan was really helpful and answered my questions immediately.
Cons: The linen on bed had human hair in it which I pulled out. I went to the front desk to request more sheets. While I was changing the bed, I discovered that the mattress pad was filled with long hair. I did not bother to go back to the desk. I was tired and wanted to go to bed. I just used the new linen. There was also a empty soda bottle in the dresser drawer and 3 bottles of beer in the refrigerator. ( I presuming from the last guests). I'm usually not a picky customer but,I am giving up on Marriott. This is the second time I have been placed in a room that was very clean. (The first was in NYC). Thank you for allowing me to share.
