Pros (+) The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The property is well maintained and their private beach is beautiful. The environment is very festive and welcoming while staying there during pride. Floris helps host many parties and activities during pride so it is really easy to meet new friends while visiting.

Pros (+) The room was comfortable. Attentive to customers - the manager came and spoke to me because I did a survey and stated that the check in was slow so she extended my check out time from 12 to 2 pm which was helpful because my flight was only at 5:45 pm.
Cons (-) House keeping was a bit inconsistent. Check in was slow and they weren't prepared. Communication between staff was not that great. The manager had extended my check out time to 2 pm because of the delay in my check in but someone came into my room to set it up anyway. I also got a call from front desk asking if I knew that check out was at 12:00. I had to tell them that the manager extended my tim...
