Amazing breakfast and a nice wellness area with swimming pool, steam bath and sauna. Friendly owner who accommodated a late check out. Friendly ladies at breakfast. Extra bed for the kid was good quality. I will definitely return.

Cons: We had problem with finding parking place near the hotel. It was advertised that hotel had free parking places and reservation was not required. However this was not the case. Hotel had only 2 - 3 underground parks (which they didn't tell us earlier). We were asked park at nearby place (hotel). The parking there was full as well and we were at our own mercy to find one. The swimming pool is small. Hotel doesn't have many vegetarian options.

Cons: We were there weekend of worlcup ski jumping. the bar downstairs in the basement was v noisy till early hours of the morning. we were on the 3rd floor and still heard it loud and clear every time people went in and out of the bar to the toilet.

Cons: We went for the wellness facilities but on Friday we were chased out by a group of young loud men and on Saturday the wellness was closed due to technical problems. The reception have us two bottles of beer for the inconvenience and told us "it's the weekend".

Cons: There is no mini bar or little fridge - at least not in the singles room - and dining in the restaurant is a rather pricy extra. One thing that is a bit confusing is the double entrance on two differents levels, that mislead a lot of quests to the wellness centre in stead of the hotel reception desk. A bit of signage outside would be appropriate.

Cons: Checking in was difficult - it was hard to find a parking space close to reception, and so that meant dragging heavy cases a long way up a hill in the dark and cold through the snow. No free wi-fi in the room price.

Pros: Very good location, clean, nice size of the room, comfortable bed, lift, good breakfast, carpet on the floor, beautiful view on the trees covered with snow, nice furniture.

Pros: This is a winter sport resort and we stayed in summer so it was very quiet and not expensive. It is located right in the centre of things and a short walk to the cablecars etc. Rooms were large and fairly luxurious. Staff were function and fine but not overflowing with cheer. In the summer the bar did not stay open in the evening when we were there. There is an on-site car park.

Pros: Very good location, clean, nice size of the room, comfortable bed, lift, good breakfast, carpet on the floor, beautiful view on the trees covered with snow, nice furniture.
Cons: No choice for the dinner (one option only), no shuttle to the farther ski-runs, no safe, no fridge in the room, few TV channels (11), nothing in English.

Pros: Wellness area modern and clean. Room was newly refurbished and was light and clean. Service in general was friendly and considerate, especially in the restaurant during breakfast, and at the bar.
Cons: Entrance area does not make a good Impression when you first arrive. Hotel generally is somewhat of a labyrinth to navigate. Although parts are renovated some areas feel in need of renovation. Considering it is in the centre of Willingen it is a fairly quiet hotel. However, it is not a hotel to consider for a relaxing weekend due to its central location in a town seemingly focused on apres ski, even in summer.
