The pool configuration was great! The shallow end with mini fountains is great for little kids, while the deeper parts were big enough for bigger kids to play in. Built in benches on the side of the pool provided a nice relaxing spot for parents to watch their kids and enjoy the water. The rooms are nice, and with the mini kitchens provide a good option for quick meals. Not enough food options. The on-site Flamingoes food was not that great, but the facility was nice, so it could be fixed easily.
Beautiful new hotel but the room was ridiculously small. Booked a 1 bedroom for 3 adults. There was a king bed and a small pull out sofa. When you tried to open the sofa bed it hits the foot of the king. Makes it impossible to get to the bathroom without climbing over someone in bed. See above. Better have a shoe horn and next to no luggage.
It was a great place over all, clean, new, excellent rooms. We stayed for 3 nights and we had no complains. Breakfast. All they offered was this manufactured egg with sausage. For being a Marriot and a great hotel I think that there breakfast could be a lot better.
Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable well appointed rooms. New facilitie. The location is wonderful for families going to Disney but I was looking for a location 15 miles away in Winter Garden so despite it's address, this hotel wasn't near the location I wanted to spend my time.
Located extremely close to Disney World properties, easy drive to all of the parks. Rooms fit our party of five with no problem. Breakfast and coffee was fine, with traditional lobby access. We've stayed at Disney resorts where we had to walk a mile to get coffee and breakfast. Sometimes you want to bring coffee and breakfast up to the room, this hotel made that easy. Pool very nice for little ones. Hotel was very clean, public areas well maintained, staff friendly but not obtrusive.
It was very nice, great room, but we were only there overnight Breakfast was packed long lines for food and pancakes had its own line. they should be able to improve the flow.
Very cleans and fresh
the breakfast :) no
Clean room. Lots of construction around the hotel.
The hotel was clean and quite!

The first room we were given on the second floor was in bad shape with broken light and worn furnishings. The next day we moved to the fifth floor which was much better.
Clean, colorful, restful... Good design. Breakfast hours were too short for my family to take advantage of.
Cleanness No microwave.

Location was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was contemporary and spacious. All in all, a solid place to stay at the crossroads of Orlando.
The staff and the Marriott brand
Daily rates are too expensive.
The room and breakfast. They do not make your bed if you have any personal stuff on it (pillow and blanket)
Clean room, friendly service, inexpensive yet filled all our needs.
cleanliness; felt safe with interior hallways - locked doors after hours; convenient location; adjacent to Denny's; friendly and helpful staff; ice machines on upper floors were not working - only the lobby level machine worked

All was good . Close to dining. Good price. Friendly staff. Decent amenities. All was good
Room was very clean and nice
It was convenient to where I needed to be for 3 days of training, a clean facility with easy access to restaurants.
This was a great value for the money. I only wish the Kink bed was more comfortable. King bed was not very comfortable.
service everything is good
Friendly staff very helpful and ready to provide you with the best service. My bathroom in the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke as supposed to the rest of the room.
The makntenance engineer is an unpleasant person. He speaks rudely to guests.
Overall a wonderful, clean and safe place to stay. Noise levels can be interesting at a bed and breakfast but should not be a deterrant for a quaint and beautiful place to stay. So fussy sleepers who need absolute quiet beware.
This was a lovingly restored 1920's hotel. The staff, breakfast, and room were great. Nothing bad to say at all! We surely felt as if we were stepping back into a simpler, kinder, more elegant time. Nothing!
When walking in you are transported back to the late 1920's, it was beautiful and quaint. The staff were so pleasant and accommodating given we needed the elevator for my elderly mother frequently. Given the age and upholding the historic features the windows are not very insulated for noise. We had one night when the bar patrons from next door hung out in parking lot very loudly. This is just a minor payoff to the quality of staff and setting.
Everything especially the hosts
Charm and friendliness of staff as well as proximity to activities in Downtown Winter Garden. Minor nitpick only: Sometimes the charm of a structure being true to its 100-year old origins reminds you of the modern amenities and design we've all grown accustomed to. Doorways are a little shorter, showers and baths a little tighter, etc.
