Cons: The staff was less than friendly and accommodating. The car was not clean the staff did not perform a pre rental walk around and the car had aftermarket tinted windows that was ripped off leaving adhesive all over the windshield making it hard to see as well as the side windows. The brakes squealed and the car smelled like it had never been cleaned.

Cons: Everything the best car rental ever keep up the job

Cons: I was booked for a rate of $85. When I went to pickup the car was told it would bel $300.

Cons: I reserved a luxury car when I arrive there they told me they don't have it anymore so they gave me a smaller vehicle without reducing my price

Cons: Thought I was renting from airport location but actually was renting from different location. Airport counter pointed out the error and offered to rent me a car at a much higher rate (calling it a discounted rate). I found a cheaper car at Budget instead.

Cons: To bad Hertz thought I was crazy and had no record of the reservation, great because I flew into Orlando for a friends memorial service and had to shell out more money than I was quoted and hertz wanted almost 3 time the quote, so I went on line and used EZ auto rental, great service and no bait and switch. I was pretty disappointed with the entire process, Don't think I'll be using the service for any reservations in the future, and would not recommend anyone else use it either. Left High and Dry in Orlando

Cons: Kayak reaervation price was 280, after car seats and depoait and "convenience fee" price escalated to 710, which is absolutely assanine.
