Pros (+) Great location staff were nice but midnight shift safe could be rude heart location walking distance to countless shops and restaurants.
Cons (-) My room was SUPER LOUD with trafic on the 4th floor and strangly my aunt who had a suit on the 2nd floor and you couldn't hear it from there at all so it is something they can fix and habe chosen not to for the regular guest rooms.
Pros (+) Staff were friendly. Room was quiet, for the most part. The restaurant is huge and offers fast and friendly service,
Cons (-) 1. The shower was old and bath did not drain. 2. The cleaning staff were extremely noisy, outside the rooms ( ie lots of yelling back and forth ). 3. The hotel is old and a bit run down, but ok for a basic motel like experience. Room was fine.
