The Alfond Inn opened in 2013 and the following year received the Conde Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards - Best Hotel in Florida. It won the award from 2014 to 2018. Specifically, it’s a stylish boutique hotel in Winter Park, Florida that is owned by Rollins College, a private, coeducational liberal arts college. Great hotel in a great location. Staff was great and attentive. I did call the front desk twice and asked for a few items they did mess up twice on that in either forgetting an item completely or gave me something completely different (asked for some extra water bottles sent to the room ended up getting a bottle of shampoo for some reason). But would absolutely stay there again 10/10.
