Fast check in, warm well decorated room
no tv remote :-(
Location to train station and town centre
It was in the center
It is very old hotel, you need to fight with the staff for central heating. Amazing they are turning on the central heating just for an hour, then you need to shout again.
The location mainlly suited our requirements
The Breakfast very Bland
the convenience to the railway station ,area ,public houses, traffic free environment, location of room
The hotel was easy to find from the train station
Proximity to the train station.
When we got to the room there was someone sleeping in there, that situation was not comfortable at all. During the entire stay one of the lifts was out of order, two of the lobby public phones were out of order. It looked like the hotel was about to close. The cleanliness of the room and corridors was also not acceptable.
Near to railway station
On initial booking requested a smoking room however when checked in they gave a non smoking room and would not then change it.
It was very central, next to bus and train station
The outside made you a bit worried about the hotel you had picked but once inside it was OK.
The room was very cold, there was no isolation, and it was freezing outside!
