Spring Spa Hotel

The spa was excellent. Very relaxing location and wonderful staff. Hot springs in room was outstanding. The view outside the balcony is great. The breakfast is good. The spa inside the room is nice. Very friendly and helpful staff, room is huge and beds are comfortable. All things considered, the hotel provides great value compared to the other major hotels on the same street. Service is very friendly and personal, it felt like we were staying in someone’s house. Great. Huge room with nice view a bit old building but still nice. Value for money worth staying. Special room with extremely high pressure showers to massage your back. Never had that, good experience! Set-meal breakfast, I told them one person is vegetarian and they adjusted. Awesome clean location. A lovely big room with bed and sofa and a balcony with a view over the river valley. The bed was very large and there was a big shower room with lots of hot water. The breakfast was very good. The onsen experience was included in the price of the stay which made this stay more expensive than our usual budget. However, the onsen sessions provided a welcome soak for tired travel and much appreciated. Beautiful location and light filled private spa overlooking the river. Beautiful aesthetic. In addition, the room was spacious and Japanese-style, so children aged 2 and 0 were able to spend their time with peace of mind. The public bath is clean and comfortable. Particularly impressed with free-flow coffee! The breakfast area we choose was outside by the river and that made it quite special. Very friendly owner and staff, and great Japanese hot spa. Stay in a room with two big bathtubs. good point ・ The scenery of the river from the window was wonderful, and I saw the sunset while taking a bath. ・ The underground spa is beautiful, three kinds of baths, jacuzzi, striking hot water, and two kinds of sauna are clean and fulfilling. For women, there are lotion and milky lotion. There are towels and lockers. ・ The refrigerator has four free water, two Pocari Sweat, and six tea T -bags. ・ The staff is very kind, and the English guidance is a little. ・ Inside of the hotel has a good atmosphere, such as an indigenous object. ・ The light -up of the nearby bridge is beautiful at night. ・ The convenience store is located for 3 minutes. ・ There is one local restaurant with many customers nearby. ・ I was happy they accept early check -in. ・ Breakfast was also delicious in a place with a good scenery. Unfortunate ・ The equipment in the room is a little old. ・ The toilet says that you will not flow paper. ・ Indoor slippers are not disposable. ・ There is no bathrobe, nightwear ・ It would have been better if the bath window was beautiful. ・ Because there is only one key of the room, it is inconvenient when going to a spa. The bath in the room was very relaxed and I made the next reservation again. Great view, big rooms with a great view. Pretty nice breakfast. Love this hot spring hotel, highly recommended. The smell and uncleanness of bedroom. Beds were very hard. Breakfast was limited choice. Caught some stray hairs here and there. Nearby eating place. The room is at 1st floor and there is no lift. So if u have a big luggage u need help from the staff. The river only trickle as there is a dam like structure that blocks the water. Thus hotel further up will see nice river view Note. Only bus 849 u can take from Wulai, every 30 minutes i believe n you just use bus card or pay cash. The breakfast should start at least 7:00am. If the hotel can not service in the right time. The room price should have a choice such as include or exclude the breakfast. Limited restaurant options nearby. There was a little bit of water in the floor of our bathroom. It is a little walk into town (20mins) as we didn't have a car, however there are taxis easily available. Walking distance from old street, but not a very nice walk next to the road. No herbs/essential oils for the spa - but haven’t seen this in other places in Taiwan as well. Nothing. No bidet. Water pressure from the sink a bit too strong. A bit distant from Wulai center. There is no dinner, so I have to go to Wulai Old Street. Found some ants on the floor but acceptable. Shower. lack of elevator but a minor issue. the communal spa was overcrowded! they should control the no. and keep it more private and give guest a slot that has better privacy. a bit far away from Wulai old town. Had to walk quite a fair bit to reach the old street. Flies at night as its attracted by the lights but the window and doors are meshed. The soundproofing was not good, so I had to listen to something I didn't want to hear. And there were stains and molds in the room. It's close to the bus stop, but it's far from the village. Hot sping inside the room takes forever to fill. The equipment in the room is a little old. The toilet says that you will not flow paper. Indoor slippers are not disposable. There is no bathrobe, nightwear. It would have been better if the bath window was beautiful. Because there is only one key of the room, it is inconvenient when going to a spa.
