Pros: a price for the safe stay and interruption free conf. call was OK
Cons: a strange gate: entrance arrangement/ a barking scary-looking dog
Pros: Very nice staff
Cons: A bit out of town
Pros: The radiator was really hot but it had a gauge to turn it down, which was nice. I showed up really thirsty and they had a big bottle of water in the room. Really good value for the money.
Cons: They didn't give me the wake-up call they said they would. I said my alarm as well so it was fine, but if you say you're going to then you should. Walls thin as always at these kind of places
Pros: Very clean place. Near to the centrum. Very helpful personel. Thank you Lobija (I am note sure about the spelling) for your help. It was nie to meet you and Yakuck. With best from Karolina and Waldek ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Pros: It is highly important during the journey to find a place where very helpful and positively attituded people do their best to make you stay in town a great experience. This is what happened to me. I came to Yakutsk alone and for the first time in my life. Having no experience with the freezing climate of the region and a maintaining a great will to see everything that is worthy of seeing as well as taking a rest after hard work I found the place an ideal location to realize my plan. Why? In short: * the hotel is located outside of the crowded strict center of town * on the other side, it is only 15 minutes of walk to reach the center of Yakutsk * all information about the attractions of the area can be gathered from the hotel's staff, * cleaning procedures makes this place unbelievably pleasant (never found the quest house that pays such great attention to make the place clean and shiny), * attitude of the staff concentrated on making your stay a pleasant experience positively influence you every time you ask for any assistance.
Cons: Cannot say anything negative about the hotel.

Pros: Breakfast in the room was amazing, transfer service is extremely convenient, staff is friendly and helpful, the room itself was extremely clean and looked beautiful, location is close to the airport. Definetely worth staying there.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
Pros: The ensuite bathroom was very clean and nicely designed and comes with basic but good quality toilettries. I like the design of the room. Blackout curtains were okay. The common area/lounge was very cosy. Receptionists were all very helpful. Early check-in fee was very cheap and the free airport to hotel transfer was the real clincher for choosing this hotel.
Cons: Bed sheets were a little itchy. Maybe something about the detergent used.
Pros: The staff was really kind and helpful! They kindly satisfied our requests!

Pros: Sorry I do not remember her name but the host was superwoman. She worked around the clock without much help, running everything. We communicated through google translator. She helped us with everything, from booking wonderful Lena River and Lena Pillars cruise, the highlight of our Russian trip, to arranging the free airport drop for us at 4 AM. The most amazingly hard working person I have ever met since my grandmother, perpetual machine, never gets tired, never complains, always helpful. Even provided a weighing machine and scissors when we needed them. We thank her with great gratitude. Also great value for money.
Cons: The bed was not made up one day, but it hardly mattered as we were out all day. I can understand because she was understaffed. Breakfast was satisfactory not good but then budget price so fine.

Pros: Yakutsk is an isolated place that calls for 1000 questions. You receive answers to all of them in the most knowledgeable and agreable way.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Pros: Great B&B close to the city center, on 9th floor of a residential building. Proper reception with tourist information material, they even sell travel accessories like toothbrushes in case someone forgot theirs. Friendly and helpful staff with great English language skills - not easy to find in Yakutsk. Clean and quiet rooms with A/C. Nice interior with a dancing theme - seems the owners love ballet and tango. :-) Good breakfast buffet served until 10:00 am. Bravo B&B accepts credit cards. Buses 7 and 25 stop 2 minutes away and take you to the city center, the permafrost cave and other attractions.
Cons: Not much to say here, Bravo B&B is really great. Location is not directly in the center, but close. The B&B is not very easy to find, entrance is at the back of the building at No. 2, need a code to open the door.
Pros: Lovely breakfast. Spacious room. Good location. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Enjoyed our stay.
Pros: This charming, quiet Bed and Breakfast is in an ideal location to reach all the downtown attractions and businesses. The staff speaks good English and is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and snacks can be purchased at other times of day. In addition, there is a very complete, helpful listing of local restaurants and attractions. The rooms were pleasant and delightfully clean. All in all, Bravo!
Pros: Myself and Katerina had a great time at Bravo, clean bedrooms, polite and reliable staff, scrumptious breakfast (we got sandwiches to take with us on the way back to Moscow), great location, definite value for money. We liked it so much, that we had booked back in after visiting Oymyakon the Pole of Cold. It was a godsend!
Pros: The staff at Bed and Breakfast Bravo were really friendly and helpful. Cleanliness- good breakfast- coffee!
Cons: The temperature- the heating made it very hot and the directions to the Hotel to be clearer as its difficult to locate and enter.
Pros: Loved everything about this place. From the welcoming friendly staff to its great central location, this place has it all. It was lovely place to call home when I explored the city! The breakfast was nice to have in the morning to
Cons: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Breakfast was not that good. Lack of choice.
With a stay at Hostels Rus - Yakutsk in Yakutsk, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Sakha Republic National Dance Theater and Sakha Expo Center. Featured amenities include express check-in, a 24-hour front desk, and laundry facilities.
Pros: Clean, good stuff, perfect. Little but far from city centre, u can use bus.
Pros: The staff was very very helpfull especially the manager. Thanks for all touristic information
Pros: I arrived after midnight. That wasn't a problem at all. Because of my unfamiliar name they had put me up in a dorm for men. Well, after realizing I'm female, the staff prepared quickly a room all to myself. Fantastic - and again Thx a lot! Staff - super friendly!
Pros: Having that in mind, everything OK! Even if the atmosphere reminds a school hostel. Location is quite ok, too, as it is well connected by bus to the centre and other parts of town. Easy to find if you use a map/app.
Pros: The facilities were OK and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The staff did not speak any English and it was a bit difficult to communicate. All other guests in the hostel were older Russian people who looked like they had drunk a lot of Vodka and this made me feel very uncomfortable. I think that there should be separate rooms for travelers and working local people.
Pros: - The room was a big enough for two people and to keep the luggage. - Showers had amazing hot water - Good WIFI - Not far from the main road.
Cons: - They say it's a breakfast included, however it's just the Porridge. It's super sad after paying this much of money you just get the Porridge and as such there is no breakfast - Staff do not speak English. - The owner seems to be nice however there is one lady which I founded to be the grumpiest one with no smile or hi or bye! Not at all friendly - At night, the heater was naturally too high which made us sweat a lot. We thought of opening the window for sometime, however the window was sealed. We could not open! - While washing the utensils, one of the plate dropped to the floor and got broken by us. And they charged us 400 Rubble. Like literally 400 Rubble. That's so expensive. They just want to make money. It's our mistake so I went up to them and apologized and we asked them if we could buy a plate for them instead of Rs 400 Rubble. And the grumpiest lady told me straight away NO. However be careful using their utensils. They might charge you bomb price! - We were suppose to go to Oymyakon and come back to the same hostel for our stay, just because of this rude behavior and grump unfriendly behavior, we gave double thoughts and cancelled our stay with them.

Sightseeing in the area is easy, with Gradoyakutskiy Transfiguration Cathedral and Gradoyakutskiy Saint Nicholas Church both nearby. Pros: The receptionists spoke good English and were very helpful. Good wifi in the room. Big room with separate bedroom. High ceilings and lots of light. Bathrobe provided. Fridge available. Nice sofa in room sitting area.
Cons: Extra charge for early check in that wasn't mentioned but showed up on my final receipt. I did check in early and may have chosen to pay for the privilege but should have been asked. Breakfast is very so so.
Pros: Location was great on the edge of Lenin Square. The receptionists were helpful and spoke English (not much English in Yakutsk!). Also, a good complimentary Buffet Breakfast.
Pros: Friendly staff, good spa facilities, clean room. Sauna was perfect after long day outside in cold of -45C. Make shore to reserve sauna in the morning. Good breakfast.
Cons: Mattress was very soft.
Pros: The hotel was very centrally located right in the heart of Yakutsk downtown allowing me to walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant had a good selection for breakfast and I also had a nice dinner there of local specialties. My room was spacious and the hotel kindly changed my room as my original room was next to a function room and was rather noisy.
Cons: There were quite a few steps going up the hotel so I needed to go to the side of the hotel to use the ramp to bring my heavy bag up.
Pros: Location, common spaces, general appearance of the room, toilette products in the bathroom, breakfast choice, air conditioning, water coolers, ATMs in the lobby, kind and responsive staff, one open terrace and one closed terrace in the lobby (both welcoming to drink a cup of coffee there)
Cons: Water leak during taking a shower (even short one), bed linen not changed during a 4 night stay, not enough light in the bathroom, bathroom door making squealing sounds
Pros: The place and staff is very pleasant. The location is central. Staff very cooperative. Make sure you arrange airport or other taxi through staff/hotel in advance , will be very economical. The taxi drivers at airport decide one fare and then demand more on the way. Everything was good at hotel. Breakfast is good. I am a vegetarian and they worked with me very well.
Cons: Nothing I can mention.
Pros: Absolutly fantastic staff, so helpfull and nice, thank you so much for everything. Very good breakfast and located in a nice area in the city center.

Pros: Friendly staff, very comfortable bed. Have problem with lock in my first room, but was kindly moved to another room without any problems. Due to my early flight, asked for early breakfast and have received it right on time! Thanks a lot for kindly staff.
Cons: My suggestion to the hotel to upgrade from normal keys to magnet cards in order to open the rooms. Also Wi-fi coverage could be better in some areas of hotel.
Pros: Very friendly and attentive personnel, good location and good value for the money
Cons: The breakfast could be more varied
Pros: Totally quiet during the night but also during the day. Better place if you need a rest.

Tuymaada Stadium and Gorodskoy Tsentralnyy Park are both 1.5 km away. Bed & Breakfast Penthouse is 10 km from Yakutsk Airport.
Pros: Location and facilities
Cons: Everything was good
Pros: I arrived after a 12 hour flight, airport taxi driver knew the property. Staff were on duty at 6am to check me in. They speak excellent English. Place was spotlessly clean. It was quiet, I slept comfortably all day. Good basic breakfast. Its on the top floor of an apartment block with lift (penthouse) but well signposted. There are a number of small mini- markets within a minutes walk. The local area is residential highrise. Typical Russian Far East. Area appeared to be safe. Plenty of family groups and children strolling in the evening. Yakutsk in general is a somewhat large spread out sort of city and so are the main Sights if you can call them that. The Penthouse is about 25minutes drive from airport and 5 from center of town. Its easy to walk around.
Cons: Nothing. Couldn't fault this place.
Pros: Location, ubication and the staff so helpful.
Pros: Nice location (to locate the entrance, go into the courtyard zone and look for the green "Penthouse" sign). Simple but decent breakfast (cold cuts, cheese, kasha). Water dispenser, electric kettle, and teas and instant coffee always accessible. Staff is very attentive and kept the kitchen and common area (nice nook by a window with a table, seats, and healthy houseplants) very clean. Pleasant people.
Cons: The room was perfectly adequate, and for my summer visit the fan was a considerate feature. However, it was a bit small. Be aware that the elevator only goes up to the 9th floor and the hotel is one flight of stairs up on the 10th.

Cons: The swimming pool was not working. My room had initially some electricity issues. The room prices are relatively high.
Pros: No water hot or cold in the room, they didn’t clean the room, they didn’t offer a breakfast for the early departure, no swimming pools, the fines is not for the hotel s customers. I will never back again to this hotel
Cons: Old dated rooms
Pros: Customer service
Cons: Need’s renovation asap
Cons: Aircon doesn't work
Pros: Location. Great bones to the hotel but just about everything needs maintenance
Cons: Kettle did not work. I ternet was down the first day and constantly dropped connection. Breakfast from 7-10 but if you got there at 9 there was very little left. It was thoroughly pucked through.
