No free internet in the room, which should be a plus for busines hotel
Position in the city; helpful staff for visiting the surroundings; nice pool; nice breakfast; comfort
Nice hotel but without indonesian feeling
Lcation nar th airport ans near Sultan's resdence
I like it because near by the shopping area, and easy to access to the hotel and not far from the airport. The staff are very friendly and always ready to serve you. The food is good.
The carpet in the room is dirty, and lots of spots, bathroom not clean, housekeeping did not put cotton buds, the haidryer is not strong enough, the coridors carpet kind of dirty too, need maintenance eventhough the hotel is old. The furniture in the room need to change.
the food is quite uninspired, breakfast was directly bad. They play horrible muzac worse than muzak fro the 70's - my room should be refurbished asap
