The hostel is quite central like 10 min walk from the bus station and 20 min to the center. Really win win situation. I arrived early in the morning after an overnight trip. I asked the staff if I could check in early, and Lana the cute receptionist fixed me up on my room as I was falling asleep in the reception lobby. Really nice of her to do that. Thank you Lana for being so rad about it. Definitely this is the hostel to stay if you are visiting Zagreb. Great place and amazing staff. 10/10
The experience was far beyond my expectations: I was supposed to leave by bus at 10pm but it was delayed to 4 am the next morning. When I was about to book another night, the receptionist told me that I could stay in the living room until necessary, without paying for another night. They treated me so warmly, offering to take a nap on the couch. I'll never forget this! Other things I really appreciated: well equipped kitchen, luggage room, position very close to main square and bus central station.
It's not far from the bus station.
The shower water was cold because machine broken.
I was given a different room from which I had paid for, actually the one with more beds, the receptionist was quite confusing about the number of occupants, who were in fact noisy long term guests and as she had admitted, possibly migrants.Absolutely disappointed with this approach. The hostel is located at a busy street with massive noise from trams.
The girl with blonde curly hair in the reception was very helpful when I asked her questions and her responses where on point!
