Pros. The junior suite was both roomy and cozy at the same time. Unlike some of the other places we stayed on this trip there was actually room to move around and sit. Location is perfect, right in the middle of a group of bars and restaurants, a short walk from the Matterhorn Express. Amenities were good, breakfast was standard. This place really stood out with their service. The entire team was very accommodating. When we only had one day and wanted to shower before our train out they stored our bags and opened the wellness center early so we could shower. This was all after we had checked out. When we come back, and we will you NEED more than one day in Zermatt, we'll be coming to Hotel Astoria.
Cons. Not a fan of the use of real keys and the tiny lifts but you kind of know what you're getting into when you travel in Europe.
