Very dirty, unkept building

No hot water, filthy room, zero customer service
The price lured me in.
I left 45 minutes after checking in when the no hot water issue arose. I then asked for a refund on my two night booking. The hotel clerk told me because I made it online she couldn't refund either night, I had to talk to hotels.com. I called hotels.com and they refused to refund it without approval from the hotel. Never working with either business again.

I couldn't put a cup down without roaches crawling on itCBS did not play so I didn't watch my Alabama and Georgia game very mad about that and there was a large holes in the blanket but I will not be staying there again very unhappy with y'all service”
