Worst hotel experience of my life. There was either sand or cat litter sprinkled throughout the closet/sink area. It never got clean by housekeepers. Speaking of housekeepers, they removed $177 worth of food, toiletries, and other recently purchased goods from my room. When I confronted them, they blamed me for leaving a hotel key on the night stand and being "too clean". The Assistant General Manager, Samorii Mclaurin, offered me $40 off one nights stay. I would have filed a police report but I dont want a housekeeper taking the fall for some corporate bootlicker.
Pros. Price was good for area
Cons. Urine, body hair & lack of towels. Powered eggs for breakfast stunk up the place & sausage patties were a meat substitute of some kind.
Pros. The staff was awesome and super accommodating. Our room was clean although it did have that slightly musky mid-grade hotel air conditioning/cleaner smell when we first walked in. It wasn't terrible... but anyone who's stayed in a hotel or two knows what I mean. Pool was super clean and had nice, new furniture all around. Grounds are kept immaculate and overall the hotel has a nice friendly feel. Good deal for the price. Would definitely stay here again.
