The price/value was great, and the rental extension over the phone was a simple and easy process without any price-gouging.Cons:
During this Covid19 lockdown, the Alamo office shutdown early and nearly left me stranded in the middle of nowhere with no way of getting out. Calling the head office or local office gave zero help. I only got the car by yelling from outside the gate until I got the attention of the worker in the office, and then convincing her to allow me to fulfill the reservation. If that hadn't happened I would've been completely stranded in the middle of nowhere for 24hrs2.0 Poor

I was pleased with the vehicles performance.Cons:
The gas rating they gave me at the office was in accurate with what was in the tank. The agent also asked for my full declaration page of insurance versus proof of insurance. After I returned the vehicle I was still contacted ba text to return the vehicle or extend my contract.2.0 Poor

Cons:
This is the second time I rented and left down. Just this time was in a forigner country. I booked, paid same amount for insurance, had my personal insurance, and my credit card. All of them were presented to person in the counter, in Aguadilla Airport, Puerto Rico. He did not accepted and he had tried to sell me another package of insurance. As I denied, of course, he denied the rental. I was left on the street in a different country, 1:00 o clock in the morning. I will never rwnt deom easy rent a car anymore and not advise anybody to do so. About Allianz Insuranse, left me down when (NOT EASY TO RENT A CAR, did not accept they policy, the # they have to call for assure they police was good, never had a person and the phone call was alway direct to a web site. So both crooks! I want my money back!10.0 Wonderful

Too expensive compared to others companies and what they offer, the way they want you to charge for the tolls is ridiculous and way too expensive even if you don't use the tools everyday, the car has small cockroaches inside and wasn't clean, you can see nastiness everywhere.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

they did not have a car in stock when I arrived. Same problem for at least 5 other people on my flight. Was able to get one the next day but only because several other people canceled. I needed an SUV and had rented one online with a confirmation, but I was luck to get an economy car as they originally had nothing in inventory and told me I'd be without a car my entire stay.Economy Rent a Car

The vehicle was not in satisfactory condition. The tires had a leak and we had to stop to fill it on several occasions. The wheels were warped and the van would shake when driven.10.0 Wonderful

Originally did not know that this was a after hours drop off location. I was concerned, as I have never just left the keys for a vehicle in a box. A few minutes after sropping off the keys, a gentleman who was cleaning the cars came by and I inquired. He said “come on over and I get you all taken care of!” He did just that. Great service and excellent prices.Cons:
Reservation should have prompted me to be aware that this site would require me to drop off the keys in a box and park in the pay lot (even though I wouldn’t personally be charge).2.0 Poor

We had prepaid and booked a car and received a call the day of our expected arrival to confirm that we continued to be I tersted I. The car rental. Given the situation in Puerto Rico, and the challenges we had anticipated, we appreciated them checking in! However, despite our confirming our travel, when we arrived to the car rental location we were told there was no car available. We, along with the many others were left without transportation, despite our prepaid fees and confirmation. We travel frequently and rent in Thai location for over 9 years and have never had this issue. I understand the current challenges facing all areas of PR but am so disappointed that we were not told that they would not be able to acomidate us. Will think twice about using Thrifty in this location in the future.5.6 Fair
