The reservation said to pick up from the hotel I was staying at. However, I had to take a taxi to a different place. They need to change this on the website as according to the office it’s been like this for two years. Pick-up location Enterprise Rent-A-Car Enterprise At Caribe Hilton San Juan, Puerto Rico 00901

The drop off was crazy! On the email I tried both addresses and 1 address was closed and the other address sent me to a different part of town. I tried calling the phone numbers and no one answered.

I reserved 2 vehicles for pickup at 9AM. I arrived (getting off a cruise ship, time limited) shortly after and was informed they did not have the vehicles available on location. They were waiting for the cars to be delivered to the location and it would be "at least an hour and a half". I had a large group and had to scramble to find another agency with an available vehicle (or two) that would work. In the mean time, I finally heard from Avis at 11:13AM that the vehicles had arrived. It was very frustrating (and expensive) to not have the vehicles from my confirmed reservation available when they should have been. Never again will I trust my travel plans to this PR location of Avis.
