I am amazed by their wonderful and very welcome reception staff especially Reza, Sayed and Jasim. They were very professional when they helped me through my stay. I am world class traveler and I have stayed in more than 100+ hotels in the last few years but the holiday inn Cornish staff is exceedingly friendlier than most hotels I visited. I would like to give a special thank you to Reza, Sayed and Jasim for their outstanding behavior.

I have been over charged (245) riyal. Your receptionist said we have to charge this ‎amount because you made your reservation through the internet, I did not have time ‎to argue or discuss this matter with your receptionist.‎

The treatment was excellent. I had a leak in my shower in the 2nd day of my stay and I was given an upgraded room (suite) for the remaining 3 nights. Also, I was offered free breakfast because I qualified for a corporate rate that they had which was the same price like yours in addition to free breakfast.

They did not provide any complementary bottled water or a fruit basket. They also did not have any complementary tea or coffee supplies or even a kettle. However, they indicated that they can provide hot water for free (of course you probably would tip the room service boy)

Furniture is poor ( the coach is patched!!!),room service are not professional ( the next day we found one blanket on the floor), staff is not so kind or welcoming. I was expecting more from a Carlton!!!

i had problem with my reservation since the rate was 2550 sr for 2 nights but they chraged me 2950 sr for 2 nights plus 15 % tax , and when i showed them the copy of my reservation they told me the rate in thier system is diffrent and that booking .com resposibilities. i hope that i will get the answer a.s.a.p

Staff, facility, food, I think the whole culture of hotel management is clear in everything where they are not proffesioinal, and not polite.

Unfortunately, I didn’t like anything in the hotel other than its location

I didn’t like the hotel at all. They claim that they are international standard but actually there was no international standard at all. The two bedroom flat was badly decorated. The finishing's were poor. The bathroom was very small and the bed was awful. The business centre was unmanned and was filled with cigarette smell. The printer in the business centre had no cartridge and when asked I was told that they are changing it in a few hours but I came back the second day and it wasn't changed and when I complained to the recipient he basically said that he can't do anything about it!

We booked the room just 15min before arrival and my booking was not recieved from the booking.com. However We just showed him the confirmation email and let us chech in.

In my room there was bad smell , there was problem in electricity and lights , and the quality of tv is bad because the hotel ***** 5 stars

The restaurant has varied and good quality food, room is big enough with the level of comfort you expect from such hotels. Personnel usually helpful.

I booked non smokin room and got a smoking one. Internet connections are very bad (both the hardwired and WiFi), it is nearly impossible to get connected with a decent speed.

Comfortable and convenient for business trip to Dharhan, easy access by road to Dammam airport.

لا توجد مواقف كافيه فهناك صعوبة في الحصول غلى موقف خاصة اذا رجعت في وقت متاخر ايضا تعاملهم عند الخروج فيه صعوبة خصوصا انهم يطلبون الخروج الساغة الثانية ظهرا او يطلبون منك التمديد

The location and the luxury only.

One of my two appartments wasn't ready and my family & I had to wait about 2 hours to check-in. The big appartment smelled very bad even after cleaning and the bathrooms in the two appartments were dirty which made us really upset. There was no space enough for parking and free moving.

The room was spacious but clusterphobic. There was only one small window that gives a magnificent view of the drain pipes.

Bathroom was not clean. Internet was having problems connecting from room. Wireless connection signals are very low.
