Friendly service and great location
Noisy due to thin walls.
It was easy to find, simple, affordable, and it had a pool.
Somewhat noisy, could hear a lot of what was going on outside.
The bed was too soft!
location and lack of traffic noise. plus the above
Surprisingly good breakfast. Everything fresh cooked, not just pre-cooked "Heat and Serve" stuff like at some motels. Room had hardwood floors and leather furniture. I am impressed! I shudder to think what might be in most motel room carpeting. Staff A+.
No, this place exceeds it's star level.
Located within walking to Old Town Albuquerque. Just don't do the walk alone at night. But the hotel was clean, the girls who work the desk were very nice.
The breakfast wasn't too great.
Location and availability.
Price, noise, and aggressive mgt with extra surcharges.
Although the room was quite plain, it was very practical and most definitely one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. And free morning breakfast and coffee made it ever more excellent.
The fact the floor carpet has been replace with hardwood flooring. This gives a cleaner vibe to the room.
The fact that the walls were thin enough to really hear next door neighbors.
You can tell the place has been newly renovated. I really like the laminate flooring that avoids icky feelings about hotel room carpets.
Not particularly! Way better than many Econo Lodges I have stayed in, I can see why this one wins awards!
Close to old town
Needs, elevator. Was not told that we would be in second floor and no elevator. Had knee surgery on both knees.
