Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Unbelievably slow, but that was only the beginning. The agent said my (only) card was being declined, twice. Called my bank, Payless had not been declined, hadn't even connected. I stood in line behind one person for a further 45 minutes, and this time the agent said they had a new "system", and it couldn't read my card! He suggested I try another rental company, so I tried, but cost was exorbitant. So after TWO AND A HALF HOURS trying to rent a car, almost all of it spent at the Payless desk, I decided to use a taxi. It was a good decision. They were cheaper than a car would have been, even Payless, prompt and courteous. This is the second time I've tried unsuccessfully to rent a car from Payless at ABQ, and for sure the last.
