Breakfast was servered earlier than usual to accommodate guests going to the Balloon Fiesta
No printer!!! No conditioner or lotion.
Carpet in room needed to be stretched. Housekeeping wasn't very thorough.
pictures on line did not depict what the hotel was all about. Price was way too much for what this hotel offered.
When I checked into my room the a/c was on full blast. Room was freezing. The window was open. It was so cold I decided to turn on the heat. In a matter of minutes the smoke alarm went off. There was the awful smell of burning wire. I told the front desk. Didn't get too excited since there was no maintenance at that hour. Moved to another room.
Great having breakfast included.
Very difficult finding the hotel
