Definitely could have been better. The room we stayed in had a light out so we immediately had to ask them to replace the bulbs. Not a huge issues in and of itself—more speaking to the maintenance of the rooms. Our sheets had stains all over them. We were given two flat pillows—one for each of us. When we asked for additional, we were told they didn’t have any. The entire lobby smelled of marijuana. I would at least hope the staff would do that outside and away from the building if they’re going to. For $74 a night there are better options that will at least give you shampoo for the shower. Thankfully we had our own. Also, I don’t understand why the toilets don’t have lids on them when the towels are right above the toilets. That just seems gross! Staff was not friendly. Didn’t ask us how our stay was or how we were doing. Two things that are basic hotel customer service questions. We stayed here a little over a year ago for the balloon fiesta and it was much better. Seems like this hotel has really become run down.

Cons. I so happened to be on the first floor next to the exit so it was really noisy. Other than that...terrific stay!
