10.0 Excellent
Pros: We staying in the annex at the bottom of the garden, lovely large room, very comfortable bed and seating. Lovely to have a coffee machine in the room as well as usual tea and coffee making facilities. We were made to feel most welcome on arrival with tea and cake and a chat about what we wanted to see during our stay and was then left with a comprehensive folder of leaflets and information to look through. Breakfast was very good, full cooked breakfast along with lots of options of toast and jams, cereals, fruit, more than enough to keep you fuelled during the day. Location was also very good for parking up the car and leaving it for the three days of our stay, as the centre of Stratford-Upon-Avon was only about a 15 minute walk away. The road the b&b is located on was very quiet at night so we had a peaceful nights sleep.

The room was picturesque with sheep in the meadows, sunshine pouring through the large window and close to lots of fascinating amenities such as pubs and attractions. We visited Hanbury Hall and enjoyed walking along the scented lime tree walk to the former summer house of a well-placed London lawyer who managed to get the artist of St. Paul’s cathedral to create artistry on his home’s ceilings.

Cons: Nothing could really have been bettered.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We absolutely adored the location, about 15 mins drive away from Stratford town centre. It was so quiet and peaceful. Although a little hard to find but that didn’t bother us as we got to explore surrounding properties. (Tip: look out for the little post box in the wall) there isn’t a drive to park on but being in such a rural location we parked on the road right outside the property so again no problem at all. The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable and I even got to meet their 3 lovely dogs. The facilities were excellent and we felt very private through the duration of our stay. The best part was the breakfast so I 100% recommend you opt for that. Outstanding food and well presented. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Xx
Cons: The only teeny tiniest criticism is for better directions. But like I say we wasn’t in any rush so was nice to explore.

Pros: This location was perfectly located for a lovely and quick walk into town. Being on a main road we were at first worried that the room would be very noisy, however triple glazing on the windows meant we were protected from noise pollution throughout our stay. An easy walking distance from all of Stratfords major attractions the staff went above and beyond in giving us directions and recommendations.

7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent location
Cons: Room with dormer window only. No parking on site
5.5 Okay
Pros: The location is good. Stratford-upon-Avon is a very small village, so it was a short stroll from the RSC theatre and lovely dinner spots in the centre.
Cons: The rooms are too dark, I was unable to do my make up in any of the mirrors as I could hardly see. There are not enough lamps, and the overhead lighting is also not bright enough. The mirror in the bathroom is also too high to see in to - but was perfect for my 6'4" boyfriend! The breakfast the next day was also disappointing. The food was very mediocre. And the staff were inattentive and rude. We were greeted by a very rude maitre d, who took our orders of tea and coffee (which never arrived..) After about 7 minutes waiting for her to come take the rest of our order, I went up to the desk where I was snapped at by the same woman after asking "Please can we order-" to which she cut me off with "I'm coming!"... Another waitress was then sent to our table to take our order. But it was not exactly a nice way to start the morning! At such high price, I would have expected to have been treated with decency and respect at the very least. Extremely disappointing. Would NOT return, or recommend.
