The sports facilities were very good and the resort had a nice open feel with lots of greenery. The staff were also very friendly and efficient. Food was consistently of a good quality. Shame that the hotel fronts a busy road which spoils the otherwise stunning views and setting. Food could have been a bit more varied. Charging for hire of tennis rackets was a bit petty.
The hotel was in an amazing setting, beautiful clean pools outdoor, heated pool indoor, tennis, squash, archery , surfing and sailing school, trial dives, excellent buffet food - something that we looked forward to morning and eve, and you would never guess that it catered for many guests - it was very well organised. After dinner you could mingle in the various corners with cosy sofas, meet other guests, play games chat - very welcoming - I would highly recommend it! (stayed with an 8 and 12 year old) the front rooms might be noisy as close to the street, which runs infront of the hotel, but this was not noticeable at the sides d back, which overlooked a nature reserve
Natural parc and close to the sea Cleaning service is very poor, quality of food is poor
Stayed 7th to 15th August 7 adults 3 children age 8 to 15. Upgraded to all inclusive. Rooms clean in both Marris and Village, much larger rooms in the Village, sport facilities very good, swimming pools/tennis courts etc. Some very nice beaches near by Negatives, staff are mainly curt unsmiling, service poor/especially in the Village dining area, wait a long time to order drinks through a two designated staff who don’t like to be chased. Food in buffet restaurants edible but very average, service in Marris buffet better and the same food. Sunbeds very difficult to get being reserved from 6am, very little space around the pools. Remote spot with no really beach car essential. I holiday with family twice a year for two weeks in April and August and have stayed in a lot more friendly and pleasant places. Would not go back.
Everything - the food, the accommodation, the facilities, the staff, the weather just about everything.
Excellent food. Beautiful setting. Polite, hard working staff. Slightly pricey for 4* hotel
I liked the location as it was very relaxing. I think there should be more evening entertainment, the group who did it were a mime act and it was a bit boring. It would have been nice to have had a variety of entertainers instead of the same faces each night. The other thing I think would improve the hotel is the non-smoking facilities, the best room with the piano was set aside for smokers, this was a bit disappointing for the majority of us who do not smoke and most of the time the room was empty. This hotel is supposed to be a sporty hotel after all!. I think if the room was reserved for non-smoking adults who would have also liked to have had the opportunity to have a drink with a nice piano player, this would have improved my holiday SMokers area could be outside next to pool table
Excellent resort, good sports facilities, very clean, delicious food. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. The beach is separated from the hotel by a quite busy road. People who like it quieter will have to travel to Cap Formentor or at least to Port de Pollentia.
The staff were very friendly and Francoise at the hobby club reception was super helpful.
The Rooms were a little dated and very noisy. Cleaning staff very rude - Being woken at 8am on our last day by a rude cleaner wanting to know when we would be out of out room was not a good experience.
Room OK, bathroom nice. Lot of shops and pups in the area No aircon in the rooms, a lot of noice from the street in the night (every night), only 2 pools for way too many people.
I liked the sea view, the availability of a microwave oven, electric stove, dishware and a fridge, and a proximity to various shops and restaurants. The shower gel in small packets was provided only on the first day, and then we had to purchase it.
i would recomend this hotel for familys with young children we were a couple and thought at this time of year it would be couples but it was 99 per cent familys with young children i was bitten by mosquitoes which turned infec and i have since been treated with antibiotics for this and the bed bugs couldnt sleep in the bed for scratching
pool to many from GB
Good location, very nice room and excellent breakfast check-in was at 14.00 - a bit to late I think They served leftovers from lunch for dinner :o(
quiet and calmness, everything you need you can find around, information and reception services are perfect only one entrance
The pool was good. A lot of noise from the evening entertainment every night
i feel that if you were not on an all inclusive deal that drinks and food were dear with not much variety in your spar shops
The all inklusive care was very good and varied Although pre-consulted on that we have to check out 13 o'clock, at 12 o'clock we had to go with the 2 little children
Nice area, good pools, and okay entertaiment More information about things at the hotel would be good
the family athmosphere and the silence. I really rested. it was quite an comfortable.
The pool and surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful. The evening entertainment was enjoyable without being intrusive and over exciting - music just the right level to carry on a conversation or read. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was a great place for a relaxing quiet holiday My single occupancy room was small and basic - very clean however.
Adult only, good layout of small accommodation blocks around central pool, excellent buffet choice of food, friendly staff, quiet. no
