Nothing there to like. Room was not clean Room has a cockroach. Bathroom was broken and dirty.
Cons. The hotel couldn't find my reservation even with the reservation number and apparently can't look them up by last name. It smelled horrible and wasn't clean. The fire alarm was falling off the wall. The shower spicket was also falling out. Bed was dirty and not comfortable. Also did not feel safe at this hotel. Would not stay here again or recommend.
Pros. This was the third time my family and I have stayed here. It's not the brightest or shiniest hotel. But, for the price, location, and indoor pool and spa, you can't go wrong. The staff was kind and courteous. We will be coming back next year when the kids visit their grandparents.

Cons. Fisrt of the customer service was horrible, I get to the room and the toilet was clogged with the previous guess business, disgusting! I told the front desk employee and she said " there are maintenance upstairs if you want you can go tell them" first of im the customer! I shouldn't be the one looking for someone, second of all should of give me another room , I had to go to another hotel witch btw was better , third of all the employee had a disgusting attitude, never again!

Cons. No gym equipment. Smelled of smoke. Cleaning was poorly done. Place is old. And needs upgrade badly.
