Cons: "Long wait for de-Icing. Got on and off the plane 3 times. First wait was 1 hour, but plane aborted takeoff. Second plane waited at gate with all aboard for 2-1/2 hours and never got slot and de-planed. Third plane waited 1-1/2 hours for de-Icing and finally we were headed home. Arrived 8.5 hours after schedule."

Pros: "Delta has a pretty good entertainment system. Lots of movies to watch and the system works well."
Cons: "Seats are very tight and uncomfortable. The food was horrible. Tasted like a $1 frozen meal that was microwaved til mushy. It was chicken but I couldn't tell you more. And flight attendant helpfully described it as 'chicken'. Breakfast was a cold roll, a piece of cheese and some awful yogurt. This was the most unbearable 8.5 hours of my life."

Cons: "I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option."

So, we were stuck in Atlanta airport with no good way to our final destination. Instead of waiting for 22 hours for the next available flight, or driving for 7 hours from Atlanta to Cincinnati, we had to fly into another city and drive to Cincinnati from there AT OUR OWN EXPENSE. It was a rebooking nightmare."

Cons: "For some reason when I booked my flight, for this leg of it, I had "get seat assignment at gate". Once I got my seat assignment I thought I had a window seat: however, when I boarded the plane, I realized that I was in the very last seat of the plane in the window position, but no window. I was crammed in next to a wall and claustrophobic the whole way as I couldn't see anything, couldn't recline at all because behind me was the bathroom, and the engine roared at times in my ears to where I couldn't hear the passenger next to me when we tried to have conversation as the engine was right outside my "wall". We joked, when we could hear each other, that we must've pissed someone at Delta off the last time we flew them. I have no idea why I had to get my seat assignment at the gate for this particular flight, or why I was put in the 'flying coffin' seat, but it made for a very unpleasant experience. Why even have that seat in the plane? Everyone pays a lot of money to fly these days and deserves better than that seat when doing so. just take those two seats out and give everyone else a little more leg room = much better passenger experience for everyone...my suggestion if Delta really cares about the quality of passenger experience."

Cons: "The connection in Miami didn’t happen - the flights crew on the ORLANDO yo to Miami flight were rude and unhelpful - the plane sat in the tarmac waiting for a gate so flight arrived 15 minutes before planned departure - we inquired as to whether the plane would be held - response- despite having internet access was “ I don’t know “ you’ll have to check with gate agent - oh and by the way the flight attendant was virtually laying on the front seats - she as grossly obese and was so large as he walked the aisles she would hit passengers every time she turned around - we ran to the gate arriving 8 minutes before departure - gate was shut two gate agents were reading social media posts on their phones - we inquired about the flight - the gate agent said “ you missed the flight “ and then sat down and continued on her phone - the other one at least looked up and told us where to them go for assistance - eventually we were assisted and offferd 1 to wait u til the next day to go or to go through London - we took the London option. 1. I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

We finally got off the ground almost three hours late but staff tried to be as helpful as possible though they didn’t know much. It was good the passengers seemed fairly patient and accepting. The horror was at the airport in Venice where it took over two hours in very long line just to get through passport check."

I received errors when trying to access gogoinflight on my tablet, even when I had the most updated app. Therefore I was unable to use the app during my flight to Philadelphia. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane. So we waited in the plane for the whole hour and half while a maintenance issue was being resolved. The delay almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

AA was very inflexible about the storm and wouldn't allow me to change my flight unless I wanted to fly within a matter of days. Which was impossible for me. It would have cost me more than my original ticket costs just to change the date. Absolutely absurd costumer service in the wake of a natural disaster and I will not be booking with them in the future."

When I gave full cup to attendant collecting them and told her what was in the cup she never said a word or offered fresh cup."

Cons: "Our luggage was lost for about 22 hours, we kept getting coflcting information each time we called to check on it. The rental car that was also booked through the KAyak was junk. We requested a mid-size car, they tried to give us an old mini-van that was dented up, we called Enterprise instead and got a 2016 Ford Focus with unlimited mileage for only 15.00 more for the the 5 days of rental."

The only option was to stream via my personally device. This would have been fine if there were outlets to charge personal devices at each set! The crew at the ticketing counter was VERY rude. The lady who finally helped me was nice. that was after standing in several lines!"

They delay flights regularly but there’s never any additional information...they just send you a text or email saying your flight is delayed, never tell you why, but they want you at the gate at the regular time...so you sit there for hours with No further communication and the gate agents never come to the gate to let you know what’s going on or what to expect because corporate has gotten stingy with regard to compensating folks even when THEY are to blame for the delay. Two trips in a row, two weeks apart, they’ve done the same thing to us. I appreciate the low fares, but I’ve just about decided I’d rather pay more for good customer service because theirs just sucks."

Pros: "It was exceervice"

Pros: "My kids and I had great experiences with Allegiant Air, thanks in large part to some excellent flight attendants. This was the first flight for both of my children (5, 7) and they had a blast. On our initial flight from Indianapolis to Ft. Lauderdale the attendants even gave each of them their own set of pin-on wings since it was their first time. The kids loved this!"

Pros: "Great price on airfare"
Cons: "Long line for baggage check in"

Cons: "Ground crew at ticket very slow and inefficient. Two groups missed their flight because of it."

Pros: "After the delay, we were treated to complimentary soft drinks and snack mix. This was after sitting in the plane for over an hour, though."
Cons: "We spent two hours of the delay in the airport and then eventually boarded. However, another problem with the plane developed and we waited for at least an hour more in the incredibly cramped plane. The seats are bearable for a short flight, but they’re hard to endure with multiple delays. The boarding was also disorganized. There were two announcements: one for people who needed extra time to board and another for the final call. Nothing in between."

Pros: "It got us there and back for a descent price. The flight was fine but the seats are not comfortable and do not recline. I wouldn't suggest Allegiant for anything more than 2 hours and that was even pushing it."
Cons: "We arrived 3.5 hours early and the line was very long. They must have had a system glitch but didn't communicate to anyone in the line as to what was going on. When it did come time to board, they told everyone in the line that was going to Cincinnati that we couldn't check in until 2 hours before the departure time. Apparently there were some other flights that left before us. If they had told us to keep our place in line and to let other people through, that wouldn't have been a problem. But, they didn't. Their own website says you should check baggage at least 2 hours before your flight and no more than 4 hours before. They took it upon themselves to change the rules on people who arrive early. Then, once they no longer had anyone else to check in, they changed their rules again and start checking in people for Cincinnati about 2.5 hours ahead of time. A little communication and brain power from the staff would have gone a long way. After all that mess, the flight was delayed leaving about 15 minutes without any updates from Allegiant either."

Pros: "I fly this airline airline quite a bit because I have family in the mountains of North Carolina. I have never had a problem with them, I fly out of Fort Lauderdale to Asheville, it's a quick one and a half hour flight. The flight crew is always professional and courteous."

Cons: "Cut my already short trip even shorter. I used this airline twice now, and both times I was delayed."

Cons: "Seat is uncomfortable"

Pros: "Love the ticket price, but charging $44 for a carry-on? C'mon man! Added charges that were worth it? Priority boarding: $15, Exit row seating: $25 Also be advised that all food & drink is for purchase and must be purchased with debit or credit card - absolutely no cash."

Cons: "The flight was over 5 hours late. We were supposed to leave at 6:06 PM and didn't leave until about 11:10 PM. We were supposed to get into Asheville at about 8:00 PM, but finally arrived about 1:00 AM. I fly this route frequently and Allegiant has a terrible problem with on-time flights and communications with passengers waiting for their flights. I am not certain what the problem is, but it is a significant issue with them. Captain was "bubbly" and upbeat without properly managing the passengers' expectations. Bad public relations."

Pros: "Flight attendants were very respectful and courteous."
Cons: "Last 10 minutes of landing the plane was very very rough. A few people had to pull out the barf bags Lots of speeding up and slowing down. Ups and downs. It wasn't turbulence but it felt like it."

Cons: "Two planes of passengers in gate area delayed takeoff without warning or information."

Pros: "Flight attendant Lisa was great."

Pros: "It's like taking the public bus during rush hour. Organized chaos. But I guess you literally get what you pay for so, yeah. The crew was awesome though. No qualms there."
Cons: "Disorganized boarding. Even the extra room seats are cramped. Bathrooms are a step up from a porta potty. DO NOT SIT NEAR THEM unless you plan on holding your breath the while flight."

So an 11 hour flight becames 24 hours which is unacceptable when travling with 2 kids. Nevering flying United again."

Cons: "Very small screens, poor service when flight was delayed from boarding hostess"

Pros: "It got us to London. My bags were quickly available."
Cons: "The seats were SO. UNCOMFORTABLE. I didn't sleep at all and have a headache because of them. Absolutely atrocious. The food was meh. One of the flight attendants was so rude I dreaded every time she headed over. I'll be flying with Delta in the future."

Cons: "We should up 2.5 hours before our flight. Was told by United desk clerk my flight to Chicago was the day before and that the reservation for my wife was for correct day but had been cancelled"

Cons: "It was professional, no fuss but somehow slightly detached. I had no food only a water. A friendly inside crew."

Cons: "This flight was a complete disaster. I ended up b=on a different flight to Newark, as my flight to Chicago got canceled. Then that fight was unable to land, so I spent hours in baltimore, and missed my connecting flight to Brussels. By the time I finally arrived, 4 hours late, to Newark, I had to spend 2 hours in a line to get re-book, for a flight the next night. I was compensated for all this mess with a $10 food voucher, and had to get a cab from the airport to the closest and cheapest hotel. My flight to Brussels was uneventful, save one rude flight attendant, and I got to school a day late."

Cons: "The flight from ORD to ABE was on a plane with expired maintenance logs or inspections? We were delayed 2 hours in arriving for what seemed like a pilots lax in paperwork. But what does a customer expect from an airline who knows they that customer by the balls?"

However the ride was smooth and quick. I liked that they turned the lights off which made it super cozy, I slept like a baby and I never sleep when I fly! Both flights were great!"

Cons: "The fact that it was canceled and no help was given to rearrange itinerary."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled at the boarding time: the plane was ready without a flight crew causing the cancelation. Finding a replacement flight was very difficult and the Costomer service was not helpful. After showing I was active duty military, a seat "appeared" on the next flight out and I was put on standby for an earlier flight For that day. The earliest flight before then, wasn't until Tuesday the 29th. This was not acceptable."

Cons: "I loss an entire vacation day due to delays in flight departure time. For a 1st united airline flyer not nice."

Pros: "They got us into Chicago which nice. Also United was giving away free bottles of water for the holidays."

Pros: "The flight attendant ran out of regular sprite, ginger ale, and seltzer water by the time he reached the last row. Finally settled for water."

Cons: "My original flight was delayed so I had to switch my flight to Denver, CO and fly through Delta."

Pros: "I liked that the airline gave me a complimentary flight change because I didn't realize I was crossing into another time zone to get to the air port so by the time I got through the traffic and to the airport, my flight was pretty much leaving. They were very quick to get everything rearranged for my new flight. I was very tearful. The staff was very helpful."
Cons: "I didn't like that it took me almost an hour to get through security, however that is probably why they say to be there two hours early. I also didn't like how hard it was to find where I was supposed to be dropped off for departures. It took me about 30 mins driving in circles trying to find the place to be dropped off for departures. I first went to the international side because my final destination was an international destination but then I realized that my first flight is domestic.... I'm a dork. :/ I wish they would tell you the exact directions how to get to the gate and could give you a live feed on estimated time it will take to get there. I should have called ahead of time to figure it out, but I want expecting it to be so hard."

Cons: "Boarding took forever, there was no space in the over head bins. People just completely brain farted and stood in the aisles, unable to comprehend the lack of space."

Pros: "I was overall impressed. Both flights were early to the destination. All the flight crew were friendly. The planes were very clean."
Cons: "No food was offered, not even to purchase on a 3.5 hour flight. The $25 charge per bag is too high."

Pros: "Seats were a bit roomier on these flights"
Cons: "Taxied in Chicago for 25 minutes after 5 minute delay. Could not exit the plane until after boarding began on my next flight, had to run from end of Terminal 2 Concourse F all the way to the end of Terminal 1 Concourse C. Despite paying for early boarding, ended up being nearly the last passenger on the plane. On flight from Chicago to San Diego could not use my own headphones for entertainment because even the lowest setting was too loud. Once I used provided headphones could barely hear it on the highest volume setting and headphones caused ear pain."

Cons: "Flight was delayed ended up switching to a Delta Flight."

Pros: "The crew were professional, helpful and friendly. The numbered boarding lines work really well."
Cons: "Although I was able to bring both of my bags on board because they were small, many people were forced to check theirs at the gate. The airline should tell people this ahead of time, or even have a 1-bag policy, rather than spring this surprise on people at the gate. The seats were too close together. It was impossible for me to find a comfortable sitting position. I'm not especially tall, but I could not extend my legs enough."

Pros: "Nothing was satisfactory"
Cons: "Charging double due to flight discrepancy. This might be my last time flying United. HORRIBLE customer service."

Pros: "VERY loud engine startup. Aside from that, superb!"
