Cons: They did not honor our reservation. We had to find alternative lodging.
Pros: The room was clean .
Cons: One of the sink fawcets did not work and had no water. The other sink had water and worked fine.
I don't know that there is anything better in Alliance, NE, however.
Pros: Nothing bad happened.
Cons: Facilities were all old, unchanged from when I stayed in 2003. Lots of flies. Minimal staff.

Cons: They couldn't find my reservation. Only room available had cracked window, taped, and no heat. Space heater did work well after a couple of hours. Railroad crew were the only other patrons. Uncomfortable for woman traveling. Will not stay there ever aga
Pros: Front desk staff was friendly and courteous.
Cons: Not enough hot water in shower. Towels were too small and worn. Only enough coffee in room for one cup. Not enough electrical outlets.
Pros: Location was good, poor customer service I was disappointed that I paid the suite with a king size bed and two queen size bed and they don't have a king size bed, they are all queen size. I also told two staff at the front hair dryer is broken, not fix
Cons: Swimming pool not available broken, hair dryer is broken, they never fix or bring one in the room. I have to buy one at the store, the staff are not available when you go to front office, you have to wait for them because they are smoking out side
Pros: If visiting this era again, I would definitely stay here. Friendly and clean plus a continental breakfast.
Pros: Close to main street of town.
Cons: Right next to a power substation.
Pros: Front desk staff very personable. Rooms are clean and quiet. The shower heads need to be cleaned. I'll have Buisness in Alliance in the future so I'll be staying here again!
Pros: The location was the only positive item about this hotel.
Cons: The hotel advertised a family suite with a king bed and two queens. The room had three double beds. The room was filthy with dog and human hairs and grudge in all the corners. The beds were very hard. They ran out of milk and various other breakfast items
Pros: nice rooms, quiet area
Cons: the door to the 1st room was defect. In general I think the hotel infrastructure needs a check and a refresh.
Staff was wonderful and very welcoming. Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast won my family over. If you are just needing a place to lay your head this place is great.
Cons: Pool closed for remodel. 2 room suite stated 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. They were all queen or smaller. WiFi not working because of being in the middle of changing providers.

Pros: Bed comfort was good and staff is extremely friendly.
Not many frills to this hotel which was great. We were simply looking for a place to get some sleep.
Cons: Wish there had been a little more nourishing breakfast like adding some fruit.
Cons: The bed is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. My bf couldn't sleep the entire night. We ordered a room for two and the bed is only twin size, and the mattress has very little support. We found a bug in the restroom, and the A/C wasn't working but makes a lot of noise. We highly recommend you to pay 10 bucks more and go to another motel that is just across the road.
Pros: The coffee was good.
Cons: We pulled up to this hotel with paint missing from the building as we walk in and get our room it smelled horrible. Our room was horrible also we came into our room on a night that was raining pretty hard as we walk into the room our window was open and water was everywere. We tried to turn on the air conditioner but soon found out it did not work all it did was blow out this air that smelled so bad it almost made me sick. The bed was not comfortable at all we felt so uncomfortable in this hotel we checked for bed bugs. If you have a choice do not stay here
