Overall, guests praised the hotel's cleanliness, modern decor, and beautiful views, with several reviews highlighting the well-maintained and stylish rooms. However, many guests were disappointed by the lack of staff presence, unfriendly or unhelpful service, and issues with breakfast availability and quality.
