Pros: Fabulous stay will definitely be going back
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All include
Cons: Better having gluten free products
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really nice and even helped me to reserve a table even though there "weren't" any available tables.
Cons: There are some restaurants that required a reservation, even though there are available tables. The thing is, you can reserve a table for a date that is past your checkout date and I presume that is the reason I could not reserve a table during my staying even though I saw a lot of available tables.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were really helpful and welcoming. George at the creperie place was amazing he served with a smile and entertained us from our first night till the last. He served fast and was always accommodating when the creperie was busy. The girls serving at the brunch and Asian restaurants were lovely and very friendly. They got to know us over our stay and worked extremely hard. The guys at the beach bar and pizza on the beach were also very good. We have a lovely time at the resort.
Cons: The tea time needs to be removed or replaced. We went during our stay and served with cold tea, no milk and used plates. The lady serving us seemed like she wasn’t interested. The spa should be included in the price they charge. The gym was good for weights but the lady did not bring water bottles for the gym frequently enough and we had to keep asking for water.

Cons: Perfect setting

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The landscape, the sea, the gardens, the sunbeds in the pool and in the sea are really good. Breakfast and restaurnts are good. Cleaniness is very good
Cons: The sun umbrellas are not very effective, and they can not be adjusted. Swimming pool closes early (6:30) Apart from the Kalithea Thermes is not possible to have a nice walk around the hotel. The beach is pebbles and not easy to walk, the road behind the hotel is busy with cars. The TV in the room is small and not very good. The gym lacks a little bit of space and equipment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is magical, the beach is almost private, the gardens immaculate, the pool was a delight. The quality of the food, breakfast was pure heaven. The staff polite, professional and yet friendly. By the second day, they knew our favourite table. We had a sea view from our balcony and each evening we could sit on the balcony and listen to an open jazz or opera concert that the venue had put on. It was a perfect stay, such that we extend the stay. Will definitely go back again!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: wonderful hotel. great beach. good pool. everything kept clean and tidy. very nice, polite and helpful staff. excellent breakfast. we had a very relaxing vacation and hardly left the hotel, everything was there. even a very big and efficient supermarket.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: SHOWER IN THE BATHROOM CAUSES THE WHOLE FLOOR TO BE WET AFTER YOU USED THE SHOWER AS THE DOOR DIDN'T SEAL PROPER.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Food, facilities, location - a great vacation.
Cons: The elite club staff was surprisingly unhelpful and unpleasant relatively to the other staff which were great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had the most incredible stay at this resort. The staff were all engaging and helpful, the rooms were lovely with beautiful views, there are many restaurants to choose from and the location is great!

Pros: Every thing was nice and your staff are so kind
Cons: Every thing was nice and your staff are so kind
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bad was amizing
Cons: the food was ok
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We were at this hotel also last year. This is the hotel to choose if you are travelling with children. Lots of pools and some slides. Great UAI buffets, good food, great variety. Hotel is very clean. The rooms are quiet. Location is great, it is at the beach and near Rhodes town, you can get there easily buy bus. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful. Enough stuff at the restaurant, quick and pleasant service, though some days the buffet restaurant was very full. We stayed in a sea view room on the 7th floor. Great view and nice place to enjoy live music from our balcony. Certainly will return to this hotel.
Cons: The lounge near the lobby looks dated, though it is not, it’s not cozy, it needs some interiour designer touch to make it more comfortable. There was one discusting situation at the pool. An Aquagym trainer jumped into the pool with his sweatty clothes and shoes on after sweating for about 40 minutes on the shore. He took off his t-shirt while in the pool and rinsed it in the water. The whole entertainment team jumped in too! Fully clothed. You should wash yourself before using the pool, not in the pool! Hopefully this was an one time situation and will not happen again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We like the designed and the sizes of the rooms, the restaurantes, the food and the service were really good., The pool is nice and has an adults area. And the most important thing is the amability of the staff.
Cons: The shows in the evening are too simple, not enough atractive.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: I think the food at dinner could be better and we tried the Italian a la cart restaurant - not very good food and I think the service was bad.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The water park is good for the kids and nice swimming pools
Cons: The junior suite was tiny, a lot smaller than a standard hotel room in most hotels. The hotel has no vibe, feels clinical and the food and beverage is not good quality, although all inclusive, but it’s very average so you don’t want to eat it. Overpriced for what it is.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The locaction is really great, the apartment is nice and clean. The airconditioning in the bedroom works perfectly. We sat on the balcony almost every evening. The swimming pool is fun and there are plenty of sunbeds. They organised a bbq for a very reasonable price with some music and dancing.
Cons: We stayed in Maritina Apartments for 8 days. We wanted to use the kitchen a couple of times. It would have been nice if there were some basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil or some tablets for the washing machine.

Rodos Palladium Leisure & Wellness - Ammoudes - Building
5
9.1 Excellent (1,487 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The Rodos Palladium, the island’s most awarded deluxe hotel, harmonically combines discrete luxury and authentic quality. It is renowned for its exceptional service, elegant restaurants with fine Greek & Mediterranean tastes, cosmopolitan bars, and large tropical pool. With its impressive banqueting and conference facilities, it is ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Uniquely situated in an area of 30,000 m2, Rodos Palladium enjoys a premier beach front location, right on the Blue Flag awarded sandy & pebble beach of Kallithea. The hotel is in close proximity both to the City of Rhodes, with its splendid Medieval Town and its famous historical sites, as well as to the island’s places of natural beauty and the traditional villages of the superb east coast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It's a great complex with lots to do onsite. Yoga and other activities daily is really a touch.
Cons: Need to get the bus to near towns.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely great hotel with fabulous staff and very nice room with sea view. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and it was quiet as I’d requested. Stayed on halfboard and both dinner and breakfast were superb.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Resort was great! The location of the hotel and the beach was fantastic. We had amazing weather and the sea view from our suite was impeccable. The facilities are spotless and the staff is very friendly and always great you by saying Kalimera! We had breakfast included which was good, just wish there was a little more variation in the food they served daily, there is a lot of options but it gets tiresome after 9 days.
Cons: Overall the resort was fantastic the only downfall were the beds. The hotel puts 2 double beds together to make a king which makes it uncomfortable to sleep in. My expectation when going to a 5 star resort is to have comfortable beds as what is advertised in the amenities.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, the staff is friendly and welcome and the hotel's facilities are great as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was so friendly and room was great!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, helpful staff. Breakfast is pretty good- alot of variety but nothing to get too excited about. The location is good if you plan to just be on the beach or at the pool, but if you want to travel around a little you'll need to rent a car or use taxis/buses
Cons: Small details annoyed us- we took half board- at dinner they charge even for water (you cant get tap water), 3.5 euros for a 1 liter. Also you need a deposit to use towels...small things but I think it's unnecessary
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Private beach, Shower room for the checkout day, great staff.
Cons: Deluxe room was listed with a Queen Bed. We arrived and got a twin bed. We were told by the staff that Deluxe rooms only come with a twin bed & a thick cover which they forgot to place over the bed. They later added the thick cover and the bed was fine, but I still wouldn't list it as a Queen bed, especially as I filtered hotels using this parameter and chose Palladium partly based on this. Twin bed with a thick cover ≠ Queen bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Third stay to the Rodos Palladium and, this time again, we liked everything: great service, excellent food, beautiful outside (swimming pool, garden, beach), sleeping rooms and dinner rooms very clean, professional and smiling staff (special thanks to Nikoletta), good location. We will come back for sure.
Cons: Nothing
7.9 Good
Pros: Very nice well-cared territory. Strong WiFi working even at the beach. Convenient beds. Good cleaning, shampoos etc were replenished daily. Good hairdryer.
Cons: Inconvenient pillow. When you arrive, staff parks your car and carries your luggage. When you depart, nobody cares. 10 euro deposit for worn beach towel looks inappropriate in 5 stars luxury environment. Restaurant suggests grate variety of food, but most is rather basic. I'd exchange the number for more interesting dishes. More sea food expected. Officious service with tea/coffee at breakfast. Have to wait for waiters. Coffee is not the best. If you come to the beach late, it's difficult to find free sunbed. A lot are reserved by absent people. May be its the reason, or may be just there are no enough.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Big comfy rooms.
Cons: The location is on a super busy main road full of sports bars and tourist restaurants not what we expected. The room smelt from the restaurant Li kitchen literally next to out balcony. All looks a bit tired.

Pros: The outdoor areas including swimming pool were excellent. Breakfast was good
Cons: The room was very basic not 5 star We had a ‘bungalow’ suite with two rooms. There was no sofa or upholstered chair. The living area was filled with two cots. Only way to watch tv was lying in bed. The room is very stark with no pictures. There was a kitchen but not very usual as there were only 2 pieces of cutlery
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room was fantastic spotless and big
Cons: Staff were not very polite or helpful

Pros: The private pool was a bonus and the breakfast looking over the sea was lovely.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Room 808 door not working properly and shower will flood.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is my third stay in an Esperia group hotel and every single time it's excellent. It is very easy to get here from the Airport (first you take a bus to Rhodes city centre, then to Faliraki, going out on Waterpark station). The staff is friendly, helpful and nice, the drinks are great and the food is delicious. The beach and the pools are clean. The other visitors are decent.
Cons: Just maybe a little bit more variability of breakfasts? The rest is great.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Dimitris the barman was super
Cons: 2 separate beds instead of kingsize bed
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff the staff the staff and again the staff :) everyone was always smiling , welcoming , warm and super helpful, we felt highly attended all the time. Facilities: wonderful, theres everything one needs.
Cons: Hotel mini market closing hour Wifi access points can be improved Animation for younger people
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had all inclusive board. The breakfast, lunch, dinner was high quality. Wery good food and beverage manager and the staff did nice job. The receptionists were very kind. On the beach are parasols and deckchairs . You can change every two days the towel. You can have all drink ( water, beer, coffee, cocktail ,) all day. We would like to go next year too.
Cons: The bed was a little soft, and , we often could smell a canal in the bathroom.
7.9 Good
Pros: Relatively small hotel, clean and cosy. Friendly staff. Tasty food at the restaurant. Great variety of sea food, cheeses, fruits and even sushi + good hairdryer
Cons: Weak WiFi. Mobiles often lost connection, had to re-enter network credentials. Rather inconvenient beds. Air conditioner was rather noisy. There is no outlet in the bathroom or nearby. May be it's good from safety standpoint, but there is no place to shave. Bath-tub is very narrow. The room is pretty tight. Crashed into TV set distanced from the wall at least twice. Balcony is small too. Had to wait long for elevators! Separate restaurant with traditional food looks like bad joke. Common one suggests much more interesting food. Once noticed that dish just served in snack bar was wrapped and moved by the staff member in unknown direction. But in spite of multiple small disadvantages we had really good stay over there

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We spent a whole week in Sunday hotel, and everyday of it was amazing. The hotel is located very close to a main street, where you can easily reach the rest of the island with buses. We had a rental car and there was enough parking space all the time. Also, in 2 mins walking distance there is a supermarket. Our room was nice and big, also very clean. We had a studio with a fully equipped small kitchen. It was possible to cook almost anything, they thought about all the small details from pans to even a corkscrew! Bathroom was small but clean and very modern. AC was working perfectly, our balcony was also very nice and cosy, especially for evenings. The pool area was also very clean, as the sunbeds. There was also a pool table in the restaurant, which quickly became the highlight of the whole holiday for us:) The food from their restaurant was simply delicious and very affordable, as well as the cocktails. It was also possible to order drinks and food for the sunbeds, which was super convenient for a nice day of chilling by the pool. Staff was super friendly, it was a very cosy and family-like environment. They helped us very nicely when we realize that we had forgot to print out our boarding tickets and printed them for us. Overall we are extremely happy with our choice and would definitely recommend the hotel. We are already planing our next holiday in Sunday Hotel!
Cons: We don't have any negative points, it was all in all perfect!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mr. Greek - the best restaurant in town - is only 250m away. When you go out from the hotel, turn right and go straight until you find it on your right. It is a family run place with an amazing owner and even better food. As for the hotel, you can feel there at home. The staff is very frendly and there´s everything you might need including a mini market with fair prices and a great selection of products. We were there at the beginning of September and there were always plenty of sunbeds available at the pool. If you prefer to spend a day at the beach across the street, you can rent 2 sunbeds with a sunshade for 10 Euro.
Cons: Pool Bar order - My boyfriend ordered a parmigiano burger at the hotel pool bar and got a completely different one. When he mentioned it to the bartender, he said he would fix it. In the end, he only added parmigiano cheese to the same burger and gave it back to my boyfriend. The ingredients were all wrong.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: good mattress fantastic view at the sea very close to the bus station to get to Rhodes (circa 30 min) the beach is clean and not crowded at the mid of September
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything is great

Pros: Very nice place, with nice staff!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent and extremely friendly staff Always helpful Great location and great hotel
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Windsurfing station nearby! It was possible to open windows on 3 sides of my appartment, so due to the good wind it was possible to sleep without air condition (except one night when the wind had stopped blowing).
Cons: The only available at the moment of my booking appartment had sea view (+), but it also means "view on the road" (-). In general breakfast was OK (+), but there was no hot milk (cold was available) and no butter (-), so I prefer to prepare the breakfast by myself.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The only place we felt good and the friendly staff attitude towards the guests and the best cocktails we've had lately were at the pool bar.
Cons: The food at the hotel was like a bad express restaurant, not at all a 5 star hotel. For a period of 10 days, nothing new was on offer, either for breakfast or for dinner.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room was very big with a great view, beds were really comfy. There are lots of things to do in the hotel, ranging from a decently priced frozen yogurt to a tennis court. You can play squash for super super cheap. Friendly staff. Overall an impressive hotel and we had a great time.
Cons: Breakfast was only ok. The body wash and shampoo provided for the shower are quite uncomfortable to use, found it hard to get anything out of the bottle.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the cleanliness and the customer service - would definitely recommend
Cons: Not a great selection of food
5.0 Okay
Pros: I hated the hotel It was a waste of money very big,old fashion decor rude staff

Cons: WiFi too slow. Kept dropping out all the time. Kids driving me crazy over it. Quiet evenings, I usually enjoy a bit more atmosphere.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It felt like you were in your own world and away from the outside (obviously not restrained) which was perfect for us, because that's exactly what we were searching for ; everything was splendid, the beach was great, right out the front door so you had it all when you need it to.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Cons: Food can be better.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The renovated section was much more clean
Cons: The old section
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room good, clean and tidy cleaners come everyday. Location good close to everything and the airport Food good not a massive selection but enough and all things you actually want to eat.
Cons: The fridge was too loud in the room on a night and had to in plug it. The shower was too close to the ceiling so you couldn’t stand under it properly.
6.7 Good
Pros: Hotel itself was good. nice room and bar area was ok.
Cons: The food was very basic and little choice on offer. Salads bar was nice but not enough cold meats on offer at lunch and evening meal. The quality of food let the hotel down.

Pros: wonderful hotel. great beach. good pool. everything kept clean and tidy. very nice, polite and helpful staff. excellent breakfast. we had a very relaxing vacation and hardly left the hotel, everything was there. even a very big and efficient supermarket.
