Cons. The design of the property is dingy and woefully dated. The staircase to the second floor is steep and narrow (there's no elevator) so it's difficult to take up/down a medium suitcase. The room was small, but worse, was cold (I'm not normally someone who complains of the cold). But the staff was responsive and brought up an extra heater and duvet to the room.
