The customer service is amazing. There was nothing left open. You need something, you have a question, you got the answer. Everybody is super friendly.

Some appartments are good (just good, not fantastic) and some are really dilapidated, old, smelly and really dirty. We reserved a studio and when we entered it, we were close to a heart attack... The fotos are really not representative. There was mold in the bathroom, the furnitures broken and dirty, ... Even the tableware was dirty. We had the "chance" to upgrade to an appartment as there was one left... For 100 eur more ? This was better but we had to clean it entirely before staying there. And we had to ask new sheets as there were hairs and stains on it ?.

The place is truly like home, all you need for living is here. Please bear in mind that it is an appartment, not hotel, so all you need for shampoo, cleaning stuff etc you may buy in the shop just opposite the apartment , also food is there,. For restaurant food it is 3-10 minutes walk, and there are lots of them.

Free parking is available at the hotel.
