I’m still waiting my money to return to my because I not get the car the one working in the airport office he don’t speak English and he don’t know how to use the system they told me he can’t hold money from my card for deposit and I not get the car and I can’t explain for him that I paid and he must refund the money for me . I rent other car from other car rental and I paid more money and I lost my first payment because I used your website anyway the other car rental shop he used the same card which the windy car rental was can’t be used

Do not rent from Windycar. They made up a reason I couldn't rent once I arrived to the store and said they would cancel the reservation but did not. After they didn't cancel it I contacted the website, Rentalcars.com, who I went through to finish the rental process only for them to say that since it was canceled after the pick up time I would be unable to recieve a refund even though it was physically impossible for me to submit the cancellation due to them not telling me until after the pick up time, that I wasn't able to rent. Not to mention they said that they would handle the cancellation so it wasn't until I finally took matters into my own hands that Rentalcars.com told me that a cancellation was never submitted until I submitted one but by then it was too late. Windycar is running a scam and I highly discourage anyone rents through them.

Booking and Drop off were an exceptionally easy process. The rates we done of the best in town, nearly half the price of the bigger companies (ie Enterprises and Hertz)! We will definitely be booking car rentals again through this venue!

I paid double charge on arrival on top of the Rwandan price shown on the list when I am booking. Extra charged have been asked for full casco which you pay theft and accident coverage. The rent was for 29 euro per day. Additional mentioned was 33 euro per day. Total unexpected and expensive service in the end. Probably I will not hire from sixt again and read extra carefully what are the terms and conditions.

Cons:

The car was dirty and different (smaller and not deisel) to the one ordered when we collected it. We eventually managed to get it changed to a bigger one (also not clean). The car was damaged before picking it up and they are now trying to charge us for the damage. Do not use this company.

Sixt didnt tell us that they dont have an offline office at the airport but they also did not contact us when will our plane arrive etc so I had to remind and contact them when I realized it then waited for them.

Cons:

We didn’t know we needed to call to get car delivered to airport in Antalya, Turkey, for “meet & greet”, so that caused some confusion. Drop-off at airport was easy and fast.

The booking was BMW 3 series at carrental.com but at Avis they said it is smaller and had to pay three tomes to get larger car.

Cons:

Establishing a quick contact via Email instead of your contact number via phone which is expensive.

It was very good only thing I need to address was it took far too long at the desk to pick up the car I.e more than 90 minutes but returning was quick. A car was clean and otherwise a good experience and can recommend it to a friend.
