The price was right but remember, you get what you pay for. Room was small but clean. People attending were very nice. Scary surroundings in the immediate area.
One of the 3 rooms was very clean. The other 2 just fair. Location very rough. Next door to a Night Club with loud music. Much confusion by the staff over my 3 reservations even though I handed them my print-out. Took 20 mins. to check in and 1 extra trip to the office afterwards. We left a day early.
Cleanliness Water pressure in shower was toooooooo low
Room was good, bathroom was clean. It was much better than anticipated. All good for a quick one niter with the kids and wife before heading to the river. Towels were too thin and worn out. Light didnt work in powder room/sink
no orange juice, coffee not ready and almost nothing to eat. We went to an another place.
It was located near our point of interest, Downtown Arcadia. The room left A LOT to be desired.
room clean, pool area nice to sit around The countinental breakfast was bagels, orange juice and coffee that you could see to the bottom of the cup, it was very weak. Food choice was very skimpy. Washer very rusty lid.
Just the proximity of the hotel to the place I was working Old and out dated and not very clean and not appealing. I do not want to stay there again
Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was a little on the tight side. no small bottles of soap or sampoo
It got me away from my In-laws during the holidays 😂 We killed an average of 12 roaches in three nights. The location will expose you to some seriously loud Mexican music. The later it got, the louder it got. Each night we arrived we'd have to go to front desk to have key card reset to get into our room.
Nothing. It was pretty much a dump, but a clean dump. The shaded curtains kept out no light. They were so ineffective it was laughable. The room was clean. The 'breakfast' was laughable also. It consisted of no coffee, a choice of stale bagels, and watered down OJ.
Location The continential Breakfast
We stayed two nights. But for the complaint, the staff was kind and accomadating. Breakfast was mostly great but the biscuit gravy was basically flavorless. Nifty pancake maker. If you like hard stiff mattresses, you'll be pleased. The king size suite comes with a mini fridge and microwave. The RCA LCD TV had a surprisingly great picture. The first night we had the choice of Chinese water torture -- the water from the above room's A/C unit dripped on our sill -- or the steady droning of the our A/C fan. The staff promised to unclog the A/C drain but by night we realized no one got to it. We were lucky they had another room and we moved. The first night we had the choice of Chinese water torture -- the water from the above room's A/C unit dripped on our sill -- or the steady droning of the our A/C fan. The room was very nice, very comfortable. The staff was very argumentative, they lost my reservation that was paid in advance. They gave my room away and argued with me for over an hour about giving me a refund. They finally got me into a room after I insisted on speaking with a manager.
Served our needs perfectly. All nice and clean throughout!
