Friendly staff. Gym was nice. Good food. Great for one night stays if passing through town. The Bathroom was pretty nice
Some rooms in the hotel were nice, while others were outdated. Cold water, AC / Heating system very dusty.
Stayed there between a 12 hours flights connection. 30 minutes Uber from "Aeropuerto Internacional de São Paulo-Guarulhos" and vice versa, U$15 each. (55-60 Reales). Friendly staff, Clean rooms and facilites, a small but nice swimming pool and sun deck on the roof. Arrived about 11 am and I was able to check in at 12 (nice by them, considering check in was at 2 pm), stayed at the pool while waiting. .
The restaurant in place is acceptable, nice menu of meals and sandwiches. I tried with the filet madeiro with mushrooms, but the meat was not as tender as expected from Brasil Meats.
Some of the staff were nice.
The room we were given was awful! The window of the room is facing nothing but the hotel’s restaurant. Right when we entered the room, we were hearing the noises of not just from the restaurant, but from the lobby, the other common areas of the hotel and all the employees talking and watching the tv that was in the restaurant area. I thought to myself, let me ask the front desk people to change our room to a quieter one. I did ask. However, the lady said that they were full and had no other room. Well, we got dressed for the gig we were going to and left. We were the first ones to got back from it to the hotel. By the way, my wife is pregnant with six month in. When we arrived, the TV from the restaurant was so loud that it could be heard from anywhere in the hotel, even outside. We got into the room, and, of course, the sound of it was IN our room. I went to the front desk and asked them to shut it off. It was already 11:45pm. They didn’t turn it of. Instead they lowered the volume, and some of the employees continued to talk to each other (and whistling) as they were alone in their own space. So, we were hearing everything from the window of our room. Not enough, around 6am, breakfast time starts. No need to say more, right?! If we could give a negative rate to this hotel, we would give.
Food was good. Nice variety. Lobby is quite small. Only place to “hang out” is on the roof.
