Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and stunning rooftop pool, which offers beautiful views and is a highlight for many. The pool area, along with amenities like the gym and restaurant, received positive feedback. However, several guests were disappointed with the level of service, citing slow or unhelpful staff, especially at the pool and during check-in. While the rooms were generally considered comfortable and clean, some found the beds hard and noted issues with accessibility and value for price. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its amenities and location, but service improvements are needed.
