Staff were friendly. The rooms are completely run down and not cleaned well. Shower broken, water coming out of the drain, feels like a mismanaged 3-star hotel, not like a five star hotel.

We loved the rooftop restaurant. Beautiful views. The gym was nice since they had weights and that is rare. Staff was nice and room was good. The area is not great. Lots of homeless people and don’t feel safe. Graffiti everywhere and dirty outside. The hotel was good but I’d stay somewhere else next time that was in a better area of Athens.

Pros (+) The property on the inside was awesome, on the outside... surroundings...I was not impressed.
Cons (-) 1. We chose this hotel ONLY because the Kayak info said a "hotel shuttle" is available. We wanted to be close to the airport to fly out the next morning. We thought we would save the expense of a taxi to and from the airport. There was no shuttle. When we call the hotel, they told us no such thing as a shuttle.
