The beds were big and comfy
Close to airport, check in staff was friendly and the shuttle was timely.
Breakfast was too late for us to enjoy before leaving to the airport. Would of been nice to have fruit or bars to take along. Coffee was available, but not so good. Missing soap and other personal items. The hotel is worn down and showing its age. The price was certainly not worth it,but the location was great.
Front desk were slow rude.. did not want to help when she was going to lunch. The other was o. Her cellphone ducking behind the front desk. And no one was answering the phones..
Not bad for the money
I came to Atlanta for the IWF convention. It was reasonably close by and easy to get back and forth and I was able to sleep comfortably.
The floor in my room was filthy. The bottom of my feet would be covered in pet hair after just walking across the floor.

Clerk at front desk not particularly friendly or helpful when checking out. Hallways are dark dimly lit, the carpeting needed to be replaced.
Some great things
Delicious and economical attached La Fiesta restaurant. Constant shower water temperature. Clean room. Great toiletries. Polite and helpful front desk. Fabulous free shuttle to the airport on schedule. All-in-all, a great deal, comfortable stay and perfect location for travelers with earplugs.
Noise between rooms and in our runway-facing odd-numbered room, noticeable airport noise. Some confusion at the front desk about exactly where the shuttle stops. We found out from our shuttle driver that it will drop you at the Gateway Rental Car Center, but not pick you up from there. The free Sky Train takes you from the Rental Car Center to the Hotel Shuttle Pickup area underneath the Atlanta Airport Station. This is the only way to board the shuttle back to the hotel.

After a tough twelve hours of air travel experiences, we pulled up to the hotel around 3:30 am. The front desk staff were polite, cheerful, and informative. Something so welcome and inviting in our time of tired stress. Later, we both agreed , that was the best staff we have ever encountered late night. Five stars guys, well done!

Completely disgusting, mildew/mold issues couldnt bring ourselves to sit on the bed let alone sleep in it. Called desk to complain and received new room was able to sleep and get early checkin 7am at downtown hotel. It was a awful start to our vacation. Breakfast was toast 2 kinds of cereal Oj or Coffee.
The was hair on my sheets when I first checked into my room. The towels are covered in stains and are so rough they hurt to dry off with.
