Mediocre

You know what you get with BW Hotels. The accomodation is standard and. I did like Free Wi Fi although it is limited usage - fair enough. Reastuarant on site was really handy and the food was good. Well I didn't know the Free wifi was limited usage at a time.

Clean. It was good they had a restaurant there since there was nothing in vicinity to walk to easily. Restaurant was good but a little on the expensive side. Shuttle service was good. Quite a ways from airport to be called an "Airport Hotel". Not much around there to get to by walking.

I found the motel very convenient for my overnight stay. I really don't know about your facilities or the district as my purpose was to have a sleep and catch an early flight next morning. No complaints

Okay

the motel room was clean and comfortable staff were very pleasant and willing to assist with any of our needs we moved accommadation on the second night due to the noise level of the guests in the next room we went to reception and put in a complaint which was dealt with promptly but to no avail so we moved on and recieved a refund without any hassels

The Staff was friendly and professional. It was also a great location close to the airport. There was only 1 washer and 1 dryer. 3 or 4 of each would be better, especially with the size of hotel.

Location near airport The door security latch was ripped off so room insecure. Other guests made excessive noise to 12 pm with no action from management. Other guests rose at 3:30 (several not just one) and made excessive noise with no action from management.

All the staff were lovely. And they let you use the fitness room early in the morning! (The shuttle from the airport was also about 3 minutes in duration, and they came very promptly once one finds the courtesy phone in the international airport arrivals areas.) It's a wee bit pricey for the quality of the room, but the staff made it an enjoyable place to stay between flights with a beer in the evening and the gym in the morning.

It was clean. This was no where near a 4 star hotel. This is a Quality Inn - like Clarion, not like a Hyatt. This was a perfectly good, clean, 2-star hotel. However, I places a bid for a four star hotel.

they even left a pair of stinky socks on the floor , can not believe that , and the duty manager who dealt with this issues was not professional and make me feel sick of it . the room is stinky .

Excellent

Hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend. We got this hotel because of a canceled flight and the listed an airport shuttle. The shuttle didn't run late enough for our arrival or earlier enough for our departure.

The bed linen was crisp and clean and the pillows at the hotel were better than the ones we have at home - excellent!!!!! The room was also very quiet with no traffic noise. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk sachets - it was a pleasure to be able to relax with a cuppa after a long drive from Sydney. If the staff treat every visitor like we were treated, they should never have a dissatisfied customer. - Good Luck in the future.
