Pros (+) New, clean, and comfortable. Accommodating staff. At the time this hotel was listed as a two star, but was clearly better than some three star hotels I’ve stayed at.
Pros (+) Great sized room which was well equipped with microwave fridge coffee maker etc. lots of pods, tea bags for machine.
Cons (-) Toilet was not very efficient flushing. Weakest water pressure at any hotel I've ever visited. Ok for a bald person, but forget about rinsing conditioner from long, thick hair. Coffee and hot water dispensers were empty in common area the afternoon I was there. woman on duty at breakfast was very friendly and accommodating to guests in the morning.

Cons (-) Beds and pillows were TERRIBLE. I woke up with back pain throughout the night and in the morning. It went away as soon as I got home. The facilities weren't the most lavish, but they got the job done. Staff was nice, but it seemed a bit bare bones at times. Location is terrible, but that's not really the hotel's fault.
