Pros: I was late for my reservation so they assumed I wasn't coming and thus gave away my car. However, they got me a new car and upgraded me for the inconvenience so it wasn't too bad. Maybe next time just shoot the customer a phone call to make sure they're not coming.

Good Rental experience.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean car.
Cons: Why do they have to type for 10 minutes to enter a rental. The system should make the process quicker.

Friendly customer service
Pros: the staff was helpful picking me up and then bringing me back home.
Very courteous and friendly.
Pros: car was clean and was available on time, the Clark was very helpful.
Cons: your were advertising for Toyota SUV but delivered a cheap Hyundai.
More significantly, I rented the car in good faith for 16 days (4/29 to 4/14), but because of changed circumstances beyond my control due to a family emergency I had returned it after only 5 days. I was appalled to learn that because it was booked and paid for on line (is there other ways of renting cars these days!!!) I was deprived a legitimate reimbursement for the 11 day early return of the vehicle.
I have been renting with HERTZ. for 5 decades and am truly disappointment - shame on you HERTZ!!

Poor service, car in poor condition
Cons: The car had not been washed. It also had, some time in the past, had someone smoke in it (as became apparent once the car got warmer). Using the windshield defroster made the heat stop working. Had I not had to drive to a conference before they opened, I would have returned the car and made alternative plans (from another rental place).
Attention during pickup and dropoff was desultory. At no point did anyone ask how the car was (I would have told them if they had).
I will not rent here again.

Pros: THE OPPORTUNITY AND AN UPGRADE I WAS ABOUT TO RECEIVE.
Cons: DUE TO CARD PROBLEMS AND OTHER ISSUES I WAS UNABLE TO FULFILL THE RENTAL EXPERIENCE, THOUGH NO COMPLAINT ON SERVICE OFFERED.
