Cons: No room cleaning the entire five days we were there! We had to ask for clean towels and coffee. Said they were short staffed. That’s unacceptable.

Cons: Checked in Thursday evening kinda late, got to room and noticed floor wasn't swept. Sat down to take my shoes off and noticed that the bed skirt looked like someone puked on it. Went back to the front desk and got another room. Much better. However the hallways looked like they hadn't been swept in a while. Friday morning doing laundry the dryer had mud and stones in it, said something to the housekeeper and she said she'd tell her manager. All she had to do was vacuum it out a bit with the attachment hose on her sweeper.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Close to interstate 69 many restaurants, Wal-Mart Aldis and Kroger. Breakfast was good. They have a pool but did not use this trip.
Cons: Door pass was inactivated each day. Had No Do not disturb sign in room so housekeeping bothered us each day. Had loud group next to us that was up till 2am each day. Tv controller on and off button did not work so had to turn off manually.

Pros: Close to town. Updated with an excellent staff... even if they did not know the area. When in Kendallville this is the only place to stay. I have stayed here several times visiting my daughters family and can give an honest evaluation of the place.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Close to interstate 69 many restaurants, Wal-Mart Aldis and Kroger. Breakfast was good. They have a pool but did not use this trip.
Cons: Door pass was inactivated each day. Had No Do not disturb sign in room so housekeeping bothered us each day. Had loud group next to us that was up till 2am each day. Tv controller on and off button did not work so had to turn off manually.
