I was able to check my bag at gate as it was a totally full flight. That helped this older woman. I appreciated that you recycle the cans. The flight attendant was very organized as she went thru cabin collecting trash. I’d prefer something other than pretzels as a snack.

I paid extra to choose a seat. When arriving at the gate after a very stressful check in at the airport, realized did not get the chosen seat that I PAID for. When I called the airline I was told I did not pay to choose a seat and could not be refunded, but I DID pay extra to choose a seat. And of course, got stuck in a MIDDLE seat. Since the seats are now crammed together, this is especially uncomfortable. The check in for baggage was ridiculous, it was a mile long and the kiosk to check in for the flight was very confusing. We finally sought out help and a very rude representative quickly went through the kiosk and printed a boarding pass that did not provide the PAID for chosen seat. Didn't get to get on the return flight because the flight coming in was delayed several hours, missed the flight by 3 minutes!!!!!!! You really can't hold the door for 3 minutes for a passenger you KNOW you are waiting for??? What stress and had to wait 4 MORE HOURS to get a flight home because you could not keep the door open 3 minutes. 3 minutes. Had only 20 minutes to get from flight to connecting flight and was accused of taking too long to get from gate to gate in Chicago. Flights were delayed all day long coming in and going out, you would think you could wait 3 minutes to allow passengers to get to the connecting flights. HUGE inconvenience, stressful and makes for a really LONG day when the flight leaving Des Moines to Chicago was horribly delayed, already had a horrible experience and missed the connecting flight by 3 minutes. 3 minutes. Airplane was still there, the door closed, why on earth is it such a huge deal to wait a few minutes when flights were already delayed ALL DAY LONG and why is it such a huge deal to REOPEN the door to let another passenger on??!! I used to like Alaska Airlines. I just plain hate flying in general now. The airlines have 0 (zero)care about the people buying tickets and making travel plans and how stressful flying is now. Zero care.

Anything to make the customer experience better. Stop cancelling flights like people traveling have nothing better to do than have their life plans halted. People go to great lengths to get time off work, make plans at the end of their flights, make travel plans, go through the nightmare of checking in at busy stressful airports, make pick up arrangements only to have the rug pulled out from under them. Flying has become so miserable now!! The flights were delayed ONLY with American Airlines. The disorganization is sickening. After the flight being delayed multiple times, when the flight was finally broadcast that it was a go, EXCEPT, they were now waiting for flight attendants. They had plenty of time to plan this, what the heck?! Missed both connecting flights because it was so delayed. I vowed to never fly American Airlines again, did it and BOY was it a mistake!!! American Airlines ranks with United as two worst airlines.

I love the service! I was hoping they would keep the Ontario to Santa Rosa route.

So amazing. I fly with a service dog and the staff on board both flights made sure I was comfortable went out of their way to make sure I had room. Can't say enough good words!

Flight crew and gate staff were very polite and professional. They were very helpful and made my trip smooth and trouble free

The flight was smooth, nothing too special. But what frustrated us about our experience with Alaska Airlines is that they were so rough with our luggage that they busted open the bag around our toddler's car seat. The car seat doesn't appear to be damaged, but we do have a part missing. I hope they either mail us the piece that fell off and out of the bag due to their mishandling, or make things right somehow. It's frustrating that they were so rough with our luggage.

Flight attendant directed me to an open seat in an isle of 3 with no other passengers. That made my day!

It was a partial full flight. But even with a spare seat it was hard to get comfortable More on me being a wide body probably

Flight was excellent! Comfortable seats. Flew out of IND. very friendly crew!

Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay

Delta exceeded my expectations! I am beyond satisfied. Thank you!

Flight was on time! That's the most important thing for me.

Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.

The flight was delayed and knowing I was going to miss my connection, nothing was done proactively to try and get me rebooked. It was an act of congress to do so. This is not on the crew, but on the experience itself

No headphones, forced to sit in another seat that I did not book, had to check my carry on when I boarded the plane I saw backpacks and other non carry on items stuffed in the carry on holder! Horrible experience Wi-Fi did not work either

Sat in the tarmac at O’Hare for 65 minutes. This is a regular occurrence for delta at O’Hare

Delta is getting worst by the minute. Where this was at one point my only go to airline, it has become like a budget airline

Two delays on two separate planes with parts they could not easily find and replace.

No entertainment. Plane was so small had to pink tag a carry on ive used for 20 years easily on board. The fact the flight got in at midnight, had to wait for crew in fort wayne to allow the plane to approach the gate, THEN had to wait for bag on jet bridge made experience irritating at best.

Crew was great. Seats are cramped and uncomfortable and I’m a small person.

Awful. Delay after delay. And then again on the tarmac.

WiFi was slow as compared to trip down. Maybe because it was a night flight and more people were using it?

Excellent except for the 2 screaming kids who wouldn’t stop crying and screaming for the entire flight but what are you going to do? The flight was early- good experience

Kept changing the takeoff time and the moved it up so arrived when boarding had already started. Then sat waiting to taxi in for a long time

Airplane is not very clean, food quality and taste was not good. Lufthansa used to be good but nowadays went down. Overall experience is just okay, wouldn't fly again, prefer Turkish airlines.

Kayak booked this flight with only 1h 20min layover in Chicago. This made it impossible for me and several other passengers to reach this flight. Moreover, the gate closed boarding in spite of several passengers still on their way without waiting even one more minute. However, the plane departed with 20min (!) delay, i.e., there would have been at least 15 min time to let the delayed passengers board without causing any delays. I complained and as a "thank you" the attendent booked us on the last (!) flight to Indianapolis ~7h later! Thankfully, I caught the spitefulness and the United customer line rebooked the flight to an earlier flight. Although I can't grade this particular flight since I never had a chance to take it, Kayak made the mistake of a too short layover and the crew at the gate was awful.

Onboard staff was courteous, helpful, responsive and friendly. The boarding process was disorganized, poorly communicated, and disheveled. Gate agents were yelling instead of using the PA system, didn’t communicate the timing delay of our flight, and created an atmosphere of chaos rather than order and communication. As far as I know, there was no reason for their. I would hate to see how it operated under extreme conditions. I’ve never seen United Airlines operations in such a state.

It was extremely hot in the cabin the entire flight, vent air was worn

Flight was on time. Staff were friendly. I paid for Economy Plus but was required to check my standard carry-on luggage due to lack of space on the aircraft. This cost me 30 minutes, unexpectedly, in waiting at the baggage claim. This experience did not meet my expectations.

The landing the pilot was very smooth. The flight attendant was kind of rude. The boarding the plane in punta Gorda was not great made us wait out in the heat 😞

My exit seat was very comfortable Coffee was to be purchased but sodas free 😏

It was poor a four hour delay and no explanation for the delay. What’s a 35 dollars going to do. It also made me miss my car rental,

It was on time. Flight was comfortable. Staff was nice. It was the way a flight should always be.

The price was the only good thing about this flight. It was scary during takeoff when the plane tilted side to side. It made me feel very nervous as I have never had a take-off that unsmooth. There was no on-flight movie or music options and the only complimentary option was water. Other airlines offer trail mix or a caramel cookie and pop options as complimentary. This flight was a 2.5 hour flight. I understand for shorter flights not having options, but a flight 2 hours or longer should offer more complimentary options and in flight entertainment. Also the seats did not recline and for a longer flight reclining seats are a must for comfort.

A very pleasant flight but it would be greatly improved with wifi to help entertain kids

This is a no frills, get it done, efficient airline. The seat is a lawn chair. You better bring your own entertainment. If you want something other than water you need to pay for it. But they will get you to your destination quickly, on time, and then they will turn the flight around and go right back where they came from. Reliably. Couple times a week tops. If it fits into your schedule, you can’t get there cheaper or faster.

I liked how when I got on board how fast we ended up taking off but what I truly disliked was how uncomfortable the seats were. There was truly never a time that I could ever get comfortable during both of my flights. The seats could get away during shorter flights but flights 3 hour plus makes it hard to enjoy.

They did not let my husband on the plane with our service animal at the last minute. Do NOT fly this airline with a service animal!

My daughter dropped her cell phone right through the crack between walkway and plane. Right in front of myself, the lead flight attendant and crew below. In slow motion we all watched. The crew was on it as they got her phone back to her. Surprisingly, not damaged! This same head flight attendant was hilarious on the speaker! Loved his humor! Pilots were very clear to hear. Sometimes there’s a lot of noise interference or they sound muffled, but this time I could understand everything that was spoken. One more positive experience was renting a car through Allegiant which was my first time. We got a great car deal through Alamo and the car was really nice too, 2024 Blazer.

Although there was an unfortunate delay, everything with the boarding and departure process went smoothly.

How is it that every American flight from DFW to IND is significantly delayed? This is the third time in two months I have been delayed flying out of DFW - ALWAYS for a maintenance issue. Makes me want to drop flying American altogether…or maybe flying through Dallas. Miserable experience.

Pilots were fantastic - super smooth. First Class flight attendant was very attentive. Main Cabin flight attendant should try to smooth the rough edges of her voice - very shrill / punitive. Hurt my ears just to listen to her. Recognize they have a (tough) job to do - but tone over speakers needs to be less like scolding a 5 year old.

Delayed and horrible communication and sat on flight for an hour before taking off

Two hours delay, probably one hour because they didn’t bring catering and they had to bring water in board. There a change of aircraft. But delays galore at CLT so it must be a CLT and/or AA operation issue. The 1 hr additional delays because nobody could bring 2 packs of water sooner is probably the best example of this airline operates

It wa sort of on time; the cab was left with some trash

The flight was delayed about an hour for a maintenance specialist to approve the maintenance repair

We lost a day of our vacation because AA did not get the plane to the gate on time. Even though the gate attendant was very clear that it was not weather related, AA would do nothing because there was some snow that day. They basically said the gate attendant was wrong even though she was on the front line of the situation and they were not.

No issues. They did change our gate FOUR times in about 30 minutes which was mildly annoying but the flight was fine.

I missed this flight due to delays on my previous flight.
