Hertz did not have a car for me despite having a reservation. They basically told me they didn’t care and good luck finding one.

Received a call the morning of my rental telling me they over booked and I had no car. Did get a refund, but had no car…. AwfulFollow through with my reservation or help me find other accommodations if you cancel day of!

Convenience, rental representative (very busy solo effort and patient), price for the season. Much better overall experience and price than Enterprise/National rental. 👍👍Unlimited miles with unlimited gas (lol).

Hertz called me 14 hours before my trip and canceled my reservation. They said they had no vehicle for me. Hertz sucks and so does Kayak.

I called Hertz first and they balked at me using a 'debit card' (they also wanted some sort of corporate card??) ... i ended up calling Enterprise and they said no problem whatsoever with using my 'debit card'... so they got the sale which was substantial.

The staff was very friendly and pick up and drop off we very easy.We originally requested a Jetta or similar size vehicle because we were going out of state and were trying to save on fuel costs. When we arrived to pick the vehicle up, we were told nothing of that size was available and we were offered a Nissan SUV or a pickup truck as an "Upgrade". If you are not going to have the requested vehicle , you should inform the customer so they can decide if the "upgrade" is worth it beforehand and have an opportunity to check with another location or another company. It was not a bad experience, just would have appreciated a choice.

Staff was great car was clean.On kayak I added the Insurance for 11 dollars per day. Once I arrived at Enterprise I was told it’s 18 dollars per day. The old bait and switch, this is crappy and should not happen.

Everyone I spoke to was helpful. They provided electronic copies of everything, so it saves paper and the environment, plus convenient. They had vehicle I requested and quickly got me in it when we arrived at the location. Drop off after trip was simple too.I scheduled a pick up at least a day in advance and waited over an hour for the ride to appear. I rented a minivan (reserved in January and got it in August) and they asked if I would switch down because they were short on vans that day. The van wasn't totally clean. Nor was I offered prepaid fuel.

Don’t know. They wouldn’t let me rent a carYou can’t rent a car here without a credit card. I only have a bank debit MasterCard. Other places like Hertz and Enterprise are fine with a bank card. So I was left stranded and had to go to another place.

Vehicle was nice, clean and new.They allowed me to book the pickup at 6 pm when they close at 6pm. I was running a little late and they closed. I had to pick up the car the next morning.

no car for reservationnothinghad car reserved at 5pm. no car. at 6:30 was told the only way to get a car was to drive to airport 12mi in the rain and the roads were not yet melted. I could not get info on how many walk-ins they had given cars to that afternoon. I missed a 630 meeting and had to cross town to get car. car wa not full of gas (down one mark) but paperwork aid full.I had no choice because I ha to driver to ORD in the morning and could not get another car. This is my last "Budget" car. John

Never again.The car was great on gas.The employees were rude, windows were dirty on the inside of the car and the window wipers were bad. Mind you we drove through the mountains in the rain. Had to pull over because we couldn't see. And once I told the associate at drop off, I was blatantly ignored. Never will go there again.
