Pros. Best Hotel in Baguio from our viewpoint! Many reasons we consider Hotel Elizabeth to be Number 1. Among these are the friendliness and competence of Hotel Elizabeth staff led by Resident Manager Anne Garcia. Anne found out that my favorite breakfast is poached eggs on toast and she had this specially prepared for me even though breakfast is buffet. All the staff (and I really mean ALL the staff) met all our needs and quickly and always with a genuine smile! The place is filled with beautiful things. The colors are relaxing. The best word I can think of is "class". It is the kind of class that money can't buy. It is the special care put into every item, plant, garden, entrance, lobby, restaurant etc. etc. etc. I am from Hawaii and we have many beautiful hotels there that I have enjoyed. However, truthfully I can honestly say, none top Hotel Elizabeth for it's all around beingness and friendliness that is honest and sincere! Needless to say we will return again and again to Hotel Elizabeth!
Cons. Cleanliness especially the bathroom it's very poor and exhaust fan in the bathroom is too noisy.
Pros. The competent, helpful and very friendly management and staff!
Cons. Nothing.
