Pros: Great property but une expected fees could arise and no regards to booking cant help it but good place overall
Cons: Only few things hospitality and unexpected charges.
Pros: you are picked up and brought back to and from your flights. please insist to leave back early enough, the check-in is sometimes very slow, before me a group of asians needed 25 minutes to get there boarding passes!
Cons: you are of course not in a developed country and can not expect to be everything perfect. good international standard was the large, comfortable, clean bed, the boiler (no cups, spoons etc), a working fridge, a tv-set (i did not use). bath room is more third world standard, but has constantly hot water.- there is an empty terrace, which i sometimes furnished with the small tv-table and the unique chair from the room, so i could read and have coffee.- only, at a distance of 7 m. or so, all along the hotel, there is a sideroad leading to some settlements and there is a constant going an coming evry 1-2-3 minutes, shoutin, singing along with some motorized traffic.- at paying the bill, one has to pay the hotel's share of 5.5% to the bank - so the hotel wants only to profit from the advantages of using the credit card, but you have to pay your and their share of the charges. i was not able to speak to the manager, the receptionist called him two times, spoke with him in micronesian and put down the hearer.
Pros: Restaurant staff not always there. Sometimes the Chef is not available you waited no one show up, until when you ask
Cons: House keeping job is 50%.
Pros: This lodge has a good location. You can find a nice restaurant and supermarket nearby. My room was clean and well equipped, although some furniture was old. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, in order to make my stay as most enjoyable as possible. I would stay there again.
Cons: The fridge did not work and was smelly, but they promised to fix it for the next guests.
Pros: Margret has great customer service
Pros: Really nice staff, good location in the middle of Tarawa with a nice restaurant close to the beach near by. Large room
Cons: Not very clean, frequent power therefore water cut, wifi is expensive and terribly slow and inconsistent
Pros: No eggs on the morning we chose for breakfast. Had to settle for something else. Apparently management had them on order. They were available in shops.
Cons: no microwave in room. Was supposed to be self contained room . had to get pots for cooking.
Pros: Spacious, clean
Cons: Bathroom in desperate need of refurbishment
Pros: Everything is best as from my family who i booked them including the delicios food at the restaurant. Coconut Fish, Fried rice etc ..
